Excellent service
I broke a special teapot so wanted to replace it straight away. The description and pictures of the products were clear so I could see that it was the exact same teapot. The ordering process was easy.
I had to phone the company as I wasn’t sure if my payment had gone through as my emails on my phone weren’t working. The person I spoke to was helpful and reassuring. Once my phone was working again I found that I’d got an email to say that I had placed the order and another to confirm that the order was on its way. The teapot arrived very quickly and was well packaged.

So far so good.
Don't pay too much attention to my star rating as I'm reserving judgement for now, having only just started on the first pack of the sample box. I need to try them all and see which we like best.
So far it's seems pretty good (Panama Mama Cata), not quite to my taste so I'll see what the others are like.
Otherwise prices seem good, delivery was quite quick, I didn't bother paying for express delivery and it still came in just a few days.
