One week in, and it's great!
One week in, and my coffee experience feels elevated. I have to say that I thought that this would not make as much of a difference, but it does. It's a subtle difference but one definitely for the better.
There was a small shipping hassle but I think that was down to the local post rather than an issue with the PCW team. They've been lovely and even sent out a replacement, only for the package to arrive the very next day.
