I ordered a dishwashing machine on the 17 of july,
never received, impossible to contact them by phone or by mail, they do not answer.
I have just purchased a new indesit washing machine from this company and can genuinely say they deserve 5 stars all round for: quality, customer service, communication and professionalism. No excessive charges for delivery, collecting old machine and installing the new one. The 2 men who delivered the machine etc were smart (uniformed) polite and very efficient. I read some people had bad experiences but this may have just been start up problems. My experience has been great and I will certainly use them again. Their pricing is amazing compared to other companies who charge silly money for the same services.
