Excellent claims service
When I filed my claim they responded right away to let me know it was being processed. They sent an email breaking down what was covered and my check came to me within two weeks. They have an option to have the money returned directly to your bank account too.

I put in my first injury claim May…
I put in my first injury claim May 27,2026. I gave them all info I had also had each vet my dog has been too sent records proving no prior injury. They denied the claim of refund for injury 9/4/26 because They didn't have enough info.....What more could you need?!!! I paid $106 a month since June to Sept $424...My claim was for $350. Not only did I pay the vet visit I handed them over $424 to boot! I switched to progressive with wellness for $2 more a month but at least I know they are a reputable company!

They have great customer service but…
They have great customer service but lack in understanding of poor people.need insurance too and cannot pay full vet prices. If they paid upfront costs only I'd be willing to say 5 stars but I simply cannot. Be warned you will pay full price and have to get reimbursed after which does not work for poor people whose pets need care too
