What a terrible company all well and…
What a terrible company all well and good giving you a card but when you come to have difficulty making payments they set up arrangements then don’t notify you to review they just pass the debt to collections without any notification. Called because I can’t access the app to make payments to be told it has been passed to collection last month. Avoid Pulse/ Newday cards

I can confirm that we do offer a Balance Transfer service between most other high street lenders in the credit market, with the exception of some newer digital products, and American Express.
If you're looking to arrange a Balance Transfer via a Pulse account, to pay off another card, you can do this in the app by going to:
Pay > Balance Transfer
Please bear in mind that it can take between 3 hours and 3 working days for a Balance Transfer to be completed, once it has been arranged on the account.

We do check accounts on a regular basis and if we feel a lower interest rate would be acceptable, we will let you know right away at the time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to decrease this by request and I apologise for any inconvenience. The card is poorly received overseas
The card is poorly received overseas. Cannot even buy petrol without being declined.
In UK online purchases also frequently declined.
All of this happens even thought I approved the transactions in the app.
Only good for Amazon purchase.

Horrible and discriminating towards their disabled customers. I purchased accessible tickets which were stated when I purchased from a retailer.Pulsecard was useless and their advisor was absolutely clueless on the first call and had no clue whatsoever. My case was immediately closed before I even had a chance to upload evidence. I then asked for another claim to be started as I was charged wrongly and not provided with the service listed. Pulse card then retracted a refund which was initially granted to me which. The refund was then retracted even though I submitted evidence. Avoid at all costs especially if you have any physical impairment as they do not care.
