Excellent company. I initially had a problem with a set top box I had ordered for my husband so he could watch German TV. After sending an email, I was called immediately to try and rectify it over the phone. As it could not be rectified, Pulsat emailed a postage label so we could send the box back and they sent out a replacement. I now have a happy husband. I have no hesitation in recommending Pulsat and its employees for the speed it dealt with the problem and its after sales service. First class service.
I have a slightly complicated system (two LNBs in one dish) and needed help setting it up the new box when it arrived. The person I spoke to at Polsat spent about 15 minutes on the phone talking me through everything I needed to know, and was helpful and patient.
