Retunr policy

Finally got the corfirmation that my defective package had arrived back at their facility, now three days later still no email where they should send me the right item and no money back and of course no discount. On top of that their live chat is ending every time after my first message and now i findig myself having to chat with the useless customer service that they have again i ordered the item three weeks ago.

DO NOT USE I'd like to give Zero Stars

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Could only contact via whatsapp and then they disconnect you all the time and you have to start from scratch! My items were delivered and left outside in an open parcel! All the packaging of the items was stuck to the parcel and ripped and the items were damp. I need to gift these and yes they will dry out but I have ripped bags and they look awful. They eventually answered said I could return and they would take it up with courier but I'd only be refunded once they had looked into the matter so I'd be out of pocket and without the gifts! How is this acceptable. Ive aksed to raise a formal complaint. DO NOT USE

Ordered a jumper for a birthday present…

Ordered a jumper for a birthday present so had a deadline date. It wasn't delivered on the advised delivery date so I chased the order to be told it was being packed. The next day I was told the order was cancelled due to not enough stock but the item was still being advertised on their website as available to purchase. Shocking customer service with automated responses repeating the same thing. For me they failed at the first hurdle, not sure of the quality of the goods because I didn't get that far.

Hi Pull and Bear I put an order in last Saturday 8th Nov, which you only took the money out of my account for on the 13th and then on the morning of the 14th sent an email to say that all 10 items were out of stock? What is that about? How can every single item be out of stock as soon as you take the money? And now your customer service are saying they didn't take the money which means I have to put a fraud case in with my bank

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, avoid on-line store at all costs. My son ordered a winter coat in October, using his own money from his Saturday job. When the coat arrived one of the linings of the sleeves was stitched in such a way you could not get your arm through. He returned it and ordered another one. That was over a month ago and he still doesn't have the refund. There is no customer service number, only a WhatsApp which is a Bot and gives a standard response. Last option they give is to try and blame your Bank. What an absolute shower, they should not be able to trade with these issues.

Extremely Poor Quality and Workmanship

I purchased a grey wool-blend coat on the 25 of October 2025 during my visit in Poland, and within just two weeks, the lining had come undone in the middle and begun to fray. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality — this is not what I would expect from a product at this price point. The workmanship feels careless, and the coat already looks worn despite minimal use - Probably worn the coat 5-7 times. I cannot return it in UK. I would stay away from this company, I will not be wasting money and adding to the landfill. Shame.

I sent back items for a return and…

I sent back items for a return and never received a refund even though it said the return was delivered back to sender and received. I emailed their customer service and they have been telling me for 3 months now that they are working on my case and will update me shortly but then nothing happens. It's the most infuriating thing to be constantly emailing asking for an update and they just give me the same generic reply saying they apologize for the wait and will update me shortly but never do.
I like this store but I will never order from them again knowing I will just lose money because they do not stay true to their return policy. They might as well just be upfront and say they don't accept returns then at least people would be a

It is impossible to return anything…

It is impossible to return anything purchased in store online. I purchased jeans on a trip to Liverpool in store, try to return them when I got home as they were too big and the only way to return it is in store, clearly this is not ideal for many customers specifically those who don’t have a store near them like myself because you have no way to get your money back, tried a number of times to speak to someone through WhatsApp help service and email and they were of no assistance at all. Overall poor service

Bad Customer Service

The product was great, however the staff were the opposite. I went to the Trafford Centre branch and walked over to the till to ask to pick up an item, just to receive passive aggression. Been to the new shop as it reopened in a new spot and every time I have gone, I receive disrespect and rudeness - this never happened when the shop was still located downstairs. The staff need to work on their customer service. It seems whenever you ask anything they always respond in a rude way and like you are stupid and don’t want to be bothered - if that makes any sense. Aswell as this, it seems that they never come to help you even if you look like you need it, unless you go to them. I was stood at the till for about 5 minutes with no worker waiting and many workers walked past and saw me - but did not bother to help or cater me. Please fix this as it ruins the experience and makes me not want to shop there.

Sizes are completely wrong on the…

Sizes are completely wrong on the labels both in store and online. The baggy men’s joggers were an example of this when the smalls and extra smalls were identical in size as well as the hoodie being the same size in medium and small. Also the waist sizes in the straight leg black jeans were inaccurate.

Pull and bear worst store.

Westfield Pull and Bear store is horrendous. Not only they do not allow parents to go in the changing room with children below 12 they do not have decorum and customer service. I was not allowed with my child. When i asked for the manager he kept reasoning that they do not allow as changing rooms are small and they parents can simply wait outside and wait for their children. I was explaining how can the children decide and that we are 3-4 parents waiting he kept insisting that there are no other parents. I went on to say something and he started shouting and arguing with me and asked me to repeat what i said. I told him he can put it up his his reason and the manager started yelling at me and aggressively kept pushing me saying to get out of the store. He can simply tell me to get out if he wanted me i wouldve left without a word but your store policy doesnt make sense. No wonder no parents bought anything that day.

The Worst!

Regretting my decision to place an order with Pull and Bear. Requested a return via the app but haven’t received a return label. Attemled to contact the via chat and WhatsApp…no response. Trying to access my account to check if a return has been generated on their end…website and app get stuck on the same page. No idea what I’m supposed to do now but really don’t want to be stuck with an £80 order I don’t want!
