Hey there! I am so sorry for the delay! We've been seeing this happen a good bit this week in particular - I think the removal of automated sorting machines has caused USPS to sort packages without scanning them, which has lead to some tracking numbers staying at "Accepted" or "Late" until they're delivered. Judging by the timeline of your order I'd expect it to show up within the next few business days! Let me know how everything is puffin' when it comes in =)

Can't make this sound less fake, but it's actually really good
I was worried but they are unbelievable! Normal delivery still showed p as priority in 4 days, price more than 40 dollars below anywhere else and a free quality grinder as well. Will buy from them again!

An Honest Hippy Review
I’ve ordered from many different websites like this one. But Puff It Up stands apart from the crowd. I got my device significantly cheaper than any other site and a free grinder. You can tell a lot about a company from how they package there items, mine came with hand written note of who packaged it and bags of random candy. Stoners rejoice!!! We have an online store that knows what we want.

Great customer support
Made an online order and it shipped quickly and arrived intact. The product had a faulty piece (no fault of the seller, as they're not the manufacturer), so I contacted their customer support via email. They walked me through possible solutions, and when it was determined that the piece was actually defective, they sent me replacement parts completely free of charge, despite it not being their responsibility. The person I was speaking with was super friendly, and their customer support definitely earned a reoccurring customer. Highly recommended!
