Good customer attention
I´ve not had to make a claim yet, so this review is probably not very representative, but I just wanted to say that they have the best customer service I´ve ever had to deal with. I called, answered a couple automatic questions, and was immediately put to an agent, even though my issue was not time sensitive. Pleasant contrast to other companies that make you wait for an hour.

Awful phone systems
I tried phoning to renew my insurance but I was left on hold until I said yes to a call back. It’s been 2 days now. No callback.

High excess, long waiting times, high cost - AVOID
Impossible to make a claim for pet insurance. Keep you on the phone for over an hour. Made one claim - the excess was £110 - the amount the paid out was £156. As a result they increased our premium by £12 a month - our first claim! Basically covering what they paid out over a year. I do not recommend them - avoid!
My pet is 1 years old, we have never made a claim before so increasing it to match what they have paid out is so unfair and not in their T&Cs.

The policy excess is clearly displayed during the quotation and purchase process and forms part of the t's and c's, allowing customers to understand the contribution they will be required to make towards any claim before taking out cover.
Premiums are reviewed at renewal and are affected by a number of factors, including claims history, pet age and wider market conditions.
