Purchased 2 bikes and love them. Couldn’t be happier! Then purchased another for the wife that had a head light issue and they sent a new one pronto! Wow what great service!

Boxer ST-Great e-bike, great value. I purchased the deluxe package with ALL the accessories. Everything was packaged well, including the bike. Putting the bike and accessories together took some time, but was enjoyable. Front and rear suspension works great! It is a 65lb. bike, but delivers a good balanced ride.

Labrador Pro. Smooth ride and seems to have a good build. New to the E-Bie world but am very happy with our bikes. Bought 3 so far and talked my parents in law into buying a couple.

My son bought a puckypuppy bike and he encouraged my husband and me to buy your e-bikes. I bought the corgi e-bike and I love it. I am 79 years old. The size is perfect for me. I bought my bike in July and I have 1,080 miles on it.

The bikes are super fun to ride. I purchased the boxer and the actual size is a little deceiving from the add. I'm 5,9 and can barely get my leg over the thing. If I could do it over I would have purchased the st model as I did for my wife. Also, the front finders for these are junk. Super flimsy and they constantly rub the tire. I ended up just taking it off. 8/10 for me.

My bike was very well packed and came in a sturdy box. The bike was easily assembled. Something I have never done before. Its so fun to ride, I'm glad I bought an extra battery. I get a lot of compliments and questions when biking on trails in my area.

I’m extremely happy with my Puckipuppy bikes purchase. The shipment was well secured by packaging with all kinds of options inside. The bikes fire up super easy and they are fun to ride on both rough terrain and the street. I am not technically inclined, and I called and emailed Puckipuppy when I had assembly questions. They got back to me, mostly live, when I had questions. I highly recommend them due to bike quality and technical support.

The bike is as advertised! Extremely well built and durable, I could not be happier with my purchase. Customer Service is also top notch, as I just received a personal phone call 6 months later checking on my satisfaction and reminding of the warranty that came with the bike.

I bought two boxer bikes and received a bike rack for free, along with many other accessories because of Black Friday deals. Assembly takes a little time but wasn’t hard. I wish the owners manual would have more info on operation of the bike. This is my first e-bike. Once I figured out that i needed to increase PAS setting for motor to work, I took it for a spin. The second bike and bike rack is being delivered today although they were all shipped the same day but i can’t blame Puckipuppy for that (FedEx). I sent an email to support asking a question and got a call back the same day, a couple of hours later. Bike looks and rides great.

This is the best priced E-Bike on the market with front & rear suspension and throttle on it. I did tons of research before finally pulling the trigger on one. I’m so glad I did (and one for my wife). We E biked ALL SUMMER N FALL. Have easily have over 300 miles on the bikes. Seat is very comfortable , was easy to put together . The bike is a 9.5 out of 10 the only reason it doesn’t get a perfect 10 is because the plastic on the speedometer & power button is a little too thin where the screws go in . Other then that I tell everyone to buy ONE !

After having my bike for nearly 6 months, I can say I absolutely love my Labrador! It is great in all terrain and is comfortable. When I got it I wanted to get two but decided to just give it a try first, I can say I’ll definitely be purchasing another one for my husband, even he enjoys riding it.
