i work all over the place in miami and i use publix a lot for almost everything i go to publix sometimes 2 to 3 times a day and several times in different publix i have had the experience of using the bathroom with an employee taking a leak right next to me and i go to wash my hands and i see those employees just zip there zippers and walk right out with out washing there hands this is unacceptable to me it’s like they don’t care they probably enjoy it as to touch your food with penis and urine in there hands and let’s not talk about all other germs in a bathroom

I going to a Publix event in January and I apply for some of the positions they have but when I get the interview, they offer me some different position, so I don't get the job. They tell me that the positions I was looking they were fill up. In a new opening supermarket? I keep my application update waiting for another store opening near my house and I go on June 13 and was the first person in there and the first to get interview. I was so happy, and I was thinking I going to be hire this time but I was wrong the woman who interview me she tells me that there are hundreds of persons more experience than me and they maybe call me for a future opening. I have 40 years working experience and I work in the furniture industry for 14 years. I unload and load trucks I am opening prep and assemble all cane stuff over the years I drive forklift and I delivery furniture to the houses in a truck. She doesn't even offer me a part time job. I am 61-year-old men, and I never was so discriminated in a place like Publix. I thought this is the best company for a senior to work. I was wrong.

Let’s start when you walk in. There are bins in your way filled with food items ( who shops for food in bins- put it on a shelf!) that leads you in to your experience as pac man as you have to navigate around all the crsp they put in your way in all the isles and at the end of each isle!!!! So frustrating as everyone has to navigate around each other to go shopping. Have they not seen their competitors stores that are clean, neat with CLEAR isles to shop in?!?!?!? Shopping is NOT a pleasure!!!!!!

I ordered a birthday theme cake from Publix (address: 3721 New Macland Rd. Powder Springs, GA) a week before the birthday celebration. I received an email confirmation that the cake was ready for pickup. When I got there only the cake itself was done but not decorated with the theme I selected. I was told by the employee that the bakery manager (Constantin) was going from store to store looking for the theme to decorate the cake. I was like, that is unacceptable. I asked when I should return to pick up the cake and the employee said she did not know. I went to the customer service desk and asked for the store manager because I wanted the manager to know about the poor service I received. The only manager on duty was the Meat Department Manager. I spoke to him, and I asked him how as he going to compensate me for the cake not being ready. He hesitated and said I could get the cake for 50% off. I said unacceptable, try again! He said ok we will give it to you for free. The birthday party was at 12 noon, Constantin did not call me until almost 1 pm. And he did not apologize he just said your cake is ready. BTW, the lady at the customer service desk told me that the bakery has done this to people several times. She said the bakery is very unorganized.

The Publix Supermarket Deli Department should be immediately closed as their sandwich meat are saturated with deadly bacteria. I purchased a deli product last week and ended up in the hospital for 3x days with food poisoning. I again tried another deli product and AGAIN was rushed to to the hospital for food poisoning. I WILL NEVER GO INTO PUBLIX AGAIN... NOW I GOT TO PAY MY MEDICAL PAYS. BEWARE BEWARE BUYER STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE DELI.

Publix has high prices and low quality, as you try a get thru the store employees stand in the isle talking and don't move when you're trying to get by, the verity is not good. If wegmans ever comes to Florida Publix is gone!

Someone has used my email address to place a Publix order even though I'm UK-based. The Publix website doesn't allow those from the UK to see anything. There is no way for me to contact Publix to inform them that my email address is being fraudulently used or to cancel the order. They can email me. They don't allow me to email them. Poorly designed system

What happened to the New York potato salad, the New York cole slaw and the 100% boar's head all beef salami ??? Everything else is terrible. Reasor's stinks!!
Prices have jumped up way to high. I will be going back to Winn Dixie.
How do you make your decisions on what to cancel?

Yesterday I went to Publix in 1910 N. John young pwky, I took my father which is in a wheelchair and I had to use the restroom so I put him near there and employee name. Melissa I saw her coming out. I went in. I come out she’s watching my dad. I was so touched. Thank you Melissa. I meant to talk to the manager, but I forgot great customer service.

Diston Plaza Publix Deli. Strike three your out. This is the third time I have ordered a sub online and they got it wrong. I ordered ham and turkey and got ham and roast beef. Do ya’ll even read what your making or do you just not care?

Let me start off by saying that I have been a loyal Publix customer since I moved to Florida in 1992! That's a long time. I am VERY disappointed! I was just informed by your deli manager that for some unknown, poorly thought out decision, Publix has decided to discontinue Publix brand Baked Potato Salad, Publix brand New York Style Potato Salad, and Publix brand Shredded Cole Slaw,(Not that nasty Sweet Cole Slaw! That stuff is disgusting!)! I have also been informed that Publix is currently promoting the Reese's Brand, which, if I actually wished to purchase can be found at Walmart. Why Publix is promoting that nasty tasting brand completely astounds me. I tried it once and only once and I will NEVER purchase it again! I am so upset that this is only my first message. I will continue to complain until you decide to resume carrying these products. I also plan on going on all of my social media platforms and waging war against this decision by Publix. The deli managers assured me that quite a number of other customers have vehemently complained about this decision. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU. Sincerely, David Scott Adler.

I don't know why Publix has a bad rep here but this is one of the best stores in Florida. I've been shopping here since I was 10 years old. Great place, great deals, and awesom customer service.

It's Passover and a box of Matzoh is about $2.99 everywhere. A slightly smaller bow at Publix is $7.99. Cream cheese at Cistco $3.00/lb, Publix, same cream cheese $7.49/lb. Any thoughts on this?

HAS ANYONE IN NAPLES FLORIDA BEEN EXPERIENCING THE PUBLIX MILK GOING BAD WAY BEFORE THE EXPERATION DATE? THIS HAS HAPPEN TO US 5 TIMES OVER A 3 MONTH PERIOD. SEEMS LIKE THE QUALITY IS GOING DOWN. TARGET MIGHT BE A BETTER OPTION SOON.

If you are buying fresh fish or seafood check the smell and firmness . Buyer beware.
I did return the fish I purchased and was given a full refund without any problem.

WENT TO PUBLIX YESTERDAY I HAD 3 ITEMS SO I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK TO PAY I WAS .06 CENTS SHORT 3 PEOPLE WORKING BEHIND THE DESK JUST STOOD THERE NO OFFER OF .06 CENTS SO I SAID I WILL GO TO MY CAR TO GET IT BUT THEN THE NICE LADY STANDING BESIDE ME GAVE THE O6 CENTS TO THE LADY THAT WAS WAITING ON ME. I SPEND THOUSANDS AT PUBLIX PER YEAR AND THEY CANT OFFER ME .O6 CENTS????? THIS MAKES ME NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN..PITIFUL!!!!!!!!!

“I been to 2 different Publix in 1 week and ordered the ultimate sub notice that they are making them with less meat cut much thinner than usual. Second store I ask if they were cutting down on the meat. He told it did look a Lil skimpy and added some meat. But I notice another employee ask if I complained about the amount of meat. Publix if you cutting down on the meat you need to lower price I will be keeping an eye on my sandwich...

You can improve by not raising prices every other week

I love Publix stores. But something I want you to know. I was in one of your stores shopping this afternoon. I checked out with Emily was very nice. I bring my own bags because I don’t like using plastic bags. So when I checked out started to leave a manager start to walk by and threw his plastic bag in my cart with my groceries. I look at me ask if I was heading home I said yes. Then he started to walk away I got the bag out of my cart said I think this is yours. I gave it back to him said this is yours. He was surprised I’m old so I already raised my kids was they learn take care of stuff not leave it to me to pick it up. It was at the store on 6031 cypress garden blvd.
