Psymplicity has helped out family when the NHS CAMHS has kept it's doors closed to us. I cannot recommend them enough, every issue is handled professionally with a level of empathy so rare these days.

Without Psymplicity and Dr Duffett, I wouldn’t be here to write this review! I’m not exaggerating when I say that they have saved my life and have given me the tools needed to have a future. Yes, private healthcare is costly, especially to those us in a financially poor situation, but I’ve never regretted giving my last penny to keep up with appointments for I know long-term good health and financial success is in the horizon! So if you’re at your wits end with the revolving door of the once great NHS, and you want to see a doctor who actually listens to you, then I beg you to give Psymplicity a call. Three years ago I did and have never looked back!

I first approached psymplicity 2 years ago. I felt I had A.D.H.D. and the nhs weren’t interested in helping me.
I was nervous when trying to fill in the forms and organise appointments. The admin team are so supportive and quick to respond to any queries I had( and sometimes still have)
The psychiatrist was easy to chat to about everything and I was diagnosed with A.D.H.D, prescribed medication.
All was well for over a year. I approached my G.P. To do shared care with psymplicity. They refused. This left me feeling desolate and abandoned.
I emailed the team at psymplicity, within 24 hours I had an initial response, then was supported to book the next available appointment and also make sure I received my links for payment and my zoom call for said appointment.
I have seen 2 different psychiatrists. Both were open, easy to talk to and made me feel seen and understood. The ordering service is simple and straightforward online for prescriptions.
Without a doubt the whole team at psymplicity, provide a 5 star service.
If you are questioning yourself, struggling because you think you have A.D.H.D. This company are second to none with supporting you for diagnosis and treatment.

The booking process and all communication was great and very straightforward.
My online assessment with the clinician was great. He was very patient, approachable and friendly. He listened well and was very informative too. He made the assessment process easier than I expected, as I had actually been dreading it!

Efficient service and although I have to pay quite a bit as a private patient due to the shocking services in Wales it’s something I will continue to do . Always supportive from appointment to medication prescriptions administration. Just an efficient and valuable service that I am grateful for

Very quick to communicate, and always a good number of slots available for booking. My Psychiatrist (Dr Jeremy Beider) was also very friendly, and helped with my ongoing depression immensely.

The whole process is easy from start to finish. All online, automated and seamless process. When dealing with mental health, making it easier to access care is super important.
