Thank you for the feedback. We always perform a VIN check, once we performed the check and told you the other one is not the right one, you still purchased the wrong one, then asked us about the VIN check again. After performing the VIN check, we advised to take the cheaper alternative. We kindly perform checks to avoid these situations, and spent more than 15 mails on each other to direct you to the right part, then you purchase the wrong one, and demand a refund in 1 day. Simply not possible with banks in between.
We perform refunds within 5 working days and then it is up to the financial institutions to process it. To then open a chargeback, after sending more than 40 mails to each other, we expect at least some respect instead of taking the product and opening a full charge back. Sorry that is not fair to us as a business.

We have mailed you back with the reaction from CTS Turbo, it looks like you did not reply to that mail yet. It is the right product but it requires a plug from CTS to close the holes, which should be supplied to you as well
Please contact us on email for handling the issue, but as of now we are waiting on your reaction since 19th of august and we did not get a response yet.

Excellent Service and Outstanding products from PSR-Parts
I recently ordered lowering springs from PSR-Parts for my BMW 330E X-drive Touring, with a 30/20 mm drop (Cobra). I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the overall experience.
The springs lowered my BMW exactly as expected — 30 mm in the front and 20 mm in the rear — and the result was exceptional. The car now handles significantly better, offering a perfect balance between sportiness and comfort. The driving dynamics have greatly improved, and I am genuinely impressed by the quality of the product.
Additionally, the shipping process was very fast. The package was delivered much quicker than I anticipated, which made the entire buying experience even better.
