Despite stating they have a lost and found service and a very long form to fill in... on eventually getting through to someone on the phone i hear. "Nine times out of 10 we wont accept (lost) keys because we cant find the owner." NOT a very public service. Maybe they should either provide what they publicise.. or ensure alternative provision is made and publicise it.

As much use as a Rubber Teapot

If you are robbed, assaulted or a victim of sex crimes, don’t bother going to the police Farce. They only want an easy time and big wages for doing zilch. A sizeable amount within there ranks are criminals themselves.

Two lovely young gentlemen

Big thank you!
Got a flat tyre Saturday Night/Sunday morning and my spare was flat as well. Started to walk home wearing dark clothes, on a dark road with no footpath between Drains Bay and Ballygally and two lovely young police officers appeared and offered us a lift home. Dropped us at the door. Truly grateful.

Absolutely disgusting people

Absolutely disgusting people. You go to them for help, give a statement, they done a crap job investigating it, didn't keep me informed of what was happening, then you get a letter out of the blue saying the won't prosecute. Told them about the evidence that they failed to get the first time, still took them 5 days to go and get it. The officer still said to the pps not to prosecute. They should be for the victim. The police and pps are absolutely useless, they have put my family hell with there laziness and incompetence. Now in the hands of my solicitor and I will be suing both police and pps

The PSNI believe my niece who has lied…

The PSNI believe my niece who has lied numerous times to them and social services.
The PSNI constable filled in a report which has got me into court.Useless clowns. My niece is on drugs and weed too.
God will judge the PSNI and PPS.

I used to be right behind the police but after this,I have absolutely no respect for the PSNI.

The police ombudsman is a waste of time and money.

God help us.

USELESS is the best title for the psni

Where do i start with this bunch of useless uncaring lot. They ignore child grooming and all antisocial behaviour. They couldn't care less about the communities. Drive about with egos doing nothing. I've lost all faith in policing here. Try ringing them and your lucky to get anyone to reply. When they do they do nothing to help. I am disgusted with the psni and wont ever adk for any help from them. Have a look at our cities now with all the scumbags allowed to wreck around them and the drugs now is pathetic. I feel so sorry for the next generation with a pathetic police force.

PSNI - Lazy and Corrupt

Ongoing drum and bass from neighbours morning moon night and overnight only to repeat again. Sounds like creamfields is taking place inside our house. Police not one bit interested even audibly grumbling and being condescending about it on the phone despite literally advising online to ring them in these instances.

Also called them few years back with heroin being sold to youths outside my old place where the addicts were getting in and camping outside the door. Not interested but threatened me with arrest when I asked why they bothered to call out.

First time I ever needed them, in 2001 a friend of mine was being homophobically targeted and a group of men tried to get into the house with metal poles etc. called the police who weren’t fazed. I advised it was a homophobic attack. They said they’d no obligation to call out. 2 nights later he and his live in boyfriend got broken in on by the same group and were horrifically beaten. All they could do was make him ashamed he was gay,

You’re a disgrace of a service and corrupt to boot.

Disgusted

I am foreigner student in Belfast

I am foreigner student in Belfast, victim of racial abuse and property damage. Doesn't matter you have evidence nor witnesses. They protect the criminals. Its a very racist institutions, Does not keep the communities safe.

A new badge, new name, same old problems.

There are some good police but too many rotten apples, top down. The ombudsman isn't fit for purpose, they cannot be trusted and as always, the PSNI as with the RUC are a mixed bag. I've met a few really good cops but more bad than good. I've been treated like a criminal when a victim of crime on numerous occasions. This is a sad reflection on the wonderful officers we do have as they are truly serving the community, but the same dark forces still reign, this will not change so long as MI5 appear to continue to use N. Ireland as a game of risk for their own purposes. Sooner or later the dark days of the troubles will creep back into society in N. Ireland. Sadly reform of the RUC meant laying off a lot of good cops and keeping the really bad ones. Colusuon still alive and well in N. Ireland
