Do not trust what they tell you

After a good beginning I had hoped I found a good plumber I could rely on but that turned out not to be the case. I needed my underfoot heating pump fixed in my basement which is quite a big job. After assessing what was needed we agreed a fixed price of 25.000dkk. During the work, the plumber asked if we wanted to switch the upstairs system to the same panel and sensors - he said that would be straight forward & it only took and additional hour once he had finished the basement. Given it was such a small job I did not think it was necessary to agree the additional price ontop of the 25.000dkk up front and he did the extra hour on the same day. When I got the bill, it was over 42.000. Clearly I was not going to pay 17.000dkk for an extra hours work. This was a clear attempt to charge me more for the basement work. When I questioned the email, they took ages to come back to me & even had the cheek to charge an additional 100dkk for late payment (I queried within the payment time but they just didn’t get back to me). The problem of the heating pump may have been fixed but I would not use them again. I would not trust they will not try and over charge, I also don’t think they have dealt with my concerns/challenge in a timely or constructive manner. Very disappointing.

Overslag vs. Tilbud: Det, du modtog, var et overslag og ikke et fast tilbud. Overslaget var baseret på arbejdet med udskiftning af gulvvarmen i kælderen og intet andet.

Ekstra Besøg og Arbejde: Vores første besøg, hvor vi gennemgik gulvarmestyring, rumfølere, telestater, stifter, fandt hvor kredsene hører til og skrev det på rumfølere og telestater, samt forsøgte at reparere 2 rumfølere, var ikke inkluderet i det oprindelige overslag. Det samme gælder for arbejdet, der blev udført ovenpå.

Kommunikation og Rabat: Vi har skrevet sammen over flere mails, og vi aftalte en ekstra rabat på kr. 6.000 inkl. moms på den samlede opgave, så prisen landede på kr. 36.000. Den del mangler i den anmeldelse!

Vi bestræber os altid på at være transparente og rimelige i vores priser og arbejde. Vi mener derfor ikke, det er retfærdigt at sige, at vi ikke er til at stole på. Vi beklager, at der har været misforståelser, og vi håber, at vores forklaring kaster lys over situationen.

Work fine, but over-time invoice

The work was fine, but I was a bit upset because the plumber spent less 2 hours in my apartment, but I got invoiced for 4 hours! After complaining, the GPS of his car was checked and, because his van stayed parked for 3 hours in front of my building, I was invoiced for 3 hours, which I paid even if it was more than the actual time. The work was well done and the interaction with both the plumber and the administrative staff was good. I would just recommend to double check the invoiced time. Probably it was just a one-time mistake.

Vi fakturerer vores kunder for den medgåede tid til den pågældende opgave, herunder kørsel, planlægning, grossistbesøg mv. og ikke for den effektive tid vi er i lejligheden / huset. Endvidere faktureres pr. påbegyndte halve time.
Det er den enkelte montør der påfører timerne på sagerne og de er instrueret i, at være særdeles påpasselige med ikke at overfakturere vores kunder. En af vores virksomhedsværdier er at være en troværdig samarbejdspartner og hvis der er sket en fejl retter vi det altid uden diskussion, således vi kan fremstår som den gode samarbejdspartner.

Don't choose this company!

BAD! BAD! BAD! check out the reviews on 24/10, 13/10,15/10,19/2 2017 and a lot in 2017,2016 and 2015 in one or two stars. very bad but very expensive service. i have experienced the same. I don't believe the good reviews, because they can be made up easily.

Bad experience with PSN

i have very bad experience with PSN.

firstly, they responded very slow. I had contact with them through my insurance company on a few heating and EL issues in the house. it took months to get them there (admitting the insurance step also complicate stuff, but still), and i had to call them to remind "you should come to my house to check" .

secondly, communication. quite a few times, when I called them, I was advised the one i needed to talk to is not available, and I would be called back. then call-back didn't happen.

Thirdly, they charged a lot, without informing customers. after they changed the remote control of heating, I called them next day, as the temperature control wasn't doing exactly as what the handyman told. Then they came for a "quality check". after 5 min in my house, the handyman suspected it's the other pipes under my house causing the issue. for that, PSN charged me 690 DKK. I didn't even know I have to pay for a such quality check (i don't mind paying for a normal visit, as long as i would be informed on pricing and reasons). Eventually, they warned me for a law suit if i keep disputing the invoice with them.

I did pay that to save the trouble, and this is the first time I paid for "something" without even knowing its price beforehand in Denmark. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone who need proper service and support.

on a positive side, handy men who visited my house were very friendly

Tak for din anmeldelse som vi har haft en længere dialog om i telefonen samt på mail.
PSN er ikke enige i, at du ikke er blevet kontakte inden for rimelig tid. Vi har håndteret din sag efter henvisning fra et forsikringsselskab vedrørende en ejerskifteforsikringssag - hvad der er sket før vi kom ind i sagen ved jeg ikke?
Vi besigtigede sagen, uden udgift for dig, med både en elektriker og en VVS mand inden opstarten - dette for at afdække dit problem bedst muligt. Vi konstaterede, det var en defekt gulvvarmestyring som var årsagen til dit problem. Den blev bestilt samme dag og der blev, pga travlhed, aftalt en tid ca. 2 uger senere. Vi ankom som aftalt på adressen (Vi har GPS log på køretøjet) og skiftede styringen, funktionsafprøvede den og instruerede dig i brugen af rumføler mv.
Da du kontakter os to dage senere med oplysning om, at der er fejl på gulvvarmen og der konstant er varme på gulvvarmen sender vi straks (samme dag 18/9-17) den samme dygtige montør til din adresse. Han konstaterer, at der er tale om varmeafgivelse fra nogle nedstøbte varmerør til en radiator i din entré som intet har med gulvvarmen at gøre.
Som en del af vores faktureringspolitik faktureres vores kunder en minimumstakst (servicebesøg) på kr. 690,00 inkl. moms for en forgæves kørsel eller mindre opgaver op til en ½ times varighed.
I dit tilfælde var sagen ikke reklamations berettiget og det tog opgaven fra kl. 1254-1338 (GPS log inkl. kørsel fra vort firma) hvilket faktisk overstiger den afsatte tid til et servicebesøg på maksimalt 30 minutter. Vi har dette til trods valgt, at fakturere minimumstaksten for "at, bevare den gode kunde relation" samt ikke at ende i en diskussion om den forbrugte tid.
Baseret på ovenstående hændelsesforløb har jeg valgt, at fastholde beslutningen om opkrævning af betaling for besøget, da vi mener at have gjort alt "efter bogen".

Afslutningsvis skal jeg nævne, at vi ikke på noget tidspunkt har nævnt en stævning eller inkassosag ifbm. denne sag. At skrive den slags uden belæg virker useriøst.

Jeg beklager selvfølgelig du ikke er tilfreds, men jeg er glad for du har et gulvvarmeanlæg som fungerer, at vi løste din opgave inden for aftalt tid og reagerede superhurtigt da vi troede du havde en reklamation.

Poor service

By writing this review want to say one thing - in my opinion if possible do not choose this company for any reconstruction work in your apartment.
In our case we didn't have a choice.
As responsible people have chosen this PSN company to make water pipe renovation for couple buildings in our area, we had to accept it unfortunately.
Step by step:
At first they came to see the apartment previous status of pipes and placement and of course they asked for keys to get access to apartments. (We said NO to give the keys).
Then they came and started to work.
When we asked during work period how the pipes would be placed and look, they answer were "we don't know yet....", but holes in the walls/ceilings/floor and pipes were being placed each day more and more.
By being at home all day long they even didn't bather to ask owner opinion if they made right decision regarding pipes for example. They just kept doing it simultaneously and as fast and cheap as possible, well because they have a deadline... And of course they forget about promise that they will deliver apartment in the same look as they received.
When we saw how pipes will be placed or planned to be placed we said our opinion and did't let to continue construction, because we didn't wanted basement solution in our apartment.
Finally we came to conclusion that was suitable for us more or less and possible to do by the company.
Anyway during work I had to tell them what has to be fixed/ and how pipes for example would be better placed and what doesn't look professional (because they are company) and where are defects that are actually visible when work is in progress.
Finally when they left apartment we still had defects/unfinished things (for example holes in walls - old pipes visible (hidden from owner eyes by using carton peace stick to the kitchen shelf)/broken kitchen table with to way strongly tightening the screws of the faucet and at the same time wrongly leveled faucet).
We decided to do our-selfs the missing defect fixes, because the quality is bad and if we ask to fix something it comes to be worst in some cases.
In conclusion the experience/quality what they express in website and tell you in face do not exist.

Unfortunately as it is a long and complicated process to replace water and drainage installations in 168 apartments our plumbers have been working according to the regulations from your owners association and the engineers working with this project.
However when it comes to the quality of our plumber work we are very sorry to hear that it did not live up to your expectations but as the project only contains renovation of water and drainage installations in the various apartments the quality will never be as good as new installations.
