I've been using this service for over a year and have never had a problem. I can't remember a significant downtime of any of the services and i use it 24/7. Support replies quickly and purposefully. Questions were fully answered. And at that price you would even have to give 6 out of 5 stars :)

Asking for KYC after paying for trial is not a good business practice.

It doesn't make sense to ask for identification if the service will be used by a corporation, NOT an individual.

Other proxy SAAS have a better onboarding process.

I am new at using rotating ips. I've had more than a few questions and my questions were answered in a very friendly and helpful way. I really appreciate it.

Very happy with their SOCKS5 UDP. Because of this I can actually only use Proxyrack as basically no where else offers this protocol.

The convenience offered is amazing and the service is spot-on; any issue is quickly and nicely discussed. I had a minor issue which was solved above my expectations by offering me a compensation while I didn’t ask for it. I am very happy with the service and wouldn't consider any other provider!

I've been using ProxyRack for a few months now and haven't had any issues. It's been a great experience so far, and is more on the affordable side compared to alternative providers. I've had success using both data center and residential proxies.

Switched from using a static IP proxy to a rotating pool and it improved my Scrapy experience. They should make some tutorials for this but was easy enough to figure out on stackoverflow

Very happy with the speeds. I'm using their Premium Residential.

Been using them long term. Definitely the cheapest on the market. Haven't tried all the services though. I had an issue recently and support helped me quite fast. I think they've improved customer service over the past year.

Have only been using for 24 hours so not a long time but their proxies are really easy to use. I did a test and I got 224k unique IPs with 225k requests. I did not test the quality of each IP but there is clearly a huge amount of IPs in their pool.

I had issues using Proxyrack in Python and I though it was because of my code. So before anoying the support team I was investigating and nothing was working so I contacted them and received a really nice support.

The issue came from Proxyrack but for me there was no worries, as a developer I can understand that 😅.
