I highly recommend this service. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and the customer service was outstanding. The people who collected and returned my car were professional, friendly, and punctual. Everything was handled smoothly, making the whole experience stress-free. I would definitely use this service again.

Excellent service from all at Proximo.
The staff and the service from the company is excellent.
I was kept in contact with quite a few times regarding the delivery, Vee who delivered the vehicle was very pleasant, friendly and polite gentleman.
The driver Neville, who picked the vehicle up today, also contacted me to let me know his arrival time.
Neville, was a very kind, polite, nice person.
Proximo have always been so helpful in organising vehicles for me when needed.

Home delivery of WAV
Paul Edney carried out an efficient home delivery of a WAV. He was very patient as he went through the workings of the vehicle. We even did a test run with the wheelchair which was super helpful and much appreciated.

The service I received from Proximo was nothing short of excellent. Hayley was extremely helpful and in less than 24 hours had arranged a replacement WAV to be delivered while mine was repaired. CAR HIRE
I received excellent service from Proximo when I needed a replacement WAV vehicle. There were extremely helpful and found a vehicle usuable for me within a couple of days. The WAV vehicle was delivered by a guy called Phil who made sure everything was in order for me to still be able to get out and about even though I am in a wheelchair. I would most definitely recommend Proximo to any one that needs a car hire out of the ordinary.

Excellent service, second time they have helped bring out a wheelchair accessible car, if motability were as helpful, all would be great, once transferred to proximo everything is great, straight away a text, car arranged, and Des brought it to us, explained all about the car, and what to do once mine was fixed. Excellent service from Proximo
The driver collecting our hire vehicle was Daniel Molinas.
He arrived in a timely manner and was friendly and professional throughout.
He showed his ID and explained exactly what he was going do, to complete an inspection of the vehicle and how long it would take.
He conducted a thorough examination of the vehicle and returned back to advise there were no issues and everything was satisfactory….exemplary service.
The vehicle itself was delivered on time and the interior and exterior was very clean and tidy. Tons of room and plenty of space…we could easily have transported 2 wheelchairs.
Great service all round from Proximo and they will remain our first choice for a WAV hire vehicle. I highly recommend them.
