The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. What I appreciated most was their honesty—they actually checked in with me first to explain everything and get my approval before completing any extra work, so there were no nasty surprises when it came to the bill. My Hyundai started overheating…
My Hyundai started overheating suddenly. We were due to take our grandchildren home next day and needed a same day repair. I tried 2 other garages before Pro tyres both were unhelpful. At Protyres Matt on reception was extremely helpful and arranged the repair same afternoon for a fair price. Really delighted with the level of service and will use again.
