Mot time…
1st time with protyre for mot and silver service. My car passed and service was done ..i found all paper work spot on and the manager updated Me on cost as it proceeded to the silver service. Customer focused 100% at thetford and will be back again as it's local and my recent visit confirms this . A well keeper vechicle saves an owner money and having a good garage to go to leaves a customer peace of mind

With no appointment 2 tyres were replaced and the wheels balanced and tracked quickly and with no fuss. The staff were very helpful.

Jason is a credit to the branch. Always welcoming and friendly. I always find Thetford to be trustworthy with my MOT each year and not out to find things to make money off. Unfortunately it failed, but it was booked in the following day for rectification and sorted swiftly.

Probably would not use again
Probably would not use again, keep getting low pressure warnings after tyres were fitted, not before. Told I had my pressures too high, which they were not, the suggested pressures are on the inside of door.
Not as good as before they became protyre.
