I arrived on time and was dealt with…
I arrived on time and was dealt with almost immediately which was good. I was having 2 new tyres and my front wheels aligned, the tyres getting changed were the 2 on the rear. I thought that with it being a front wheel car that they'd swap the rear over to the front but when I asked I was then charged to have this done. Whilst at reception I asked if my steering wheel would be locked into place because I have a flat bottom and top steering wheel which I expressed it would be annoying if it wasn't straight. The process was completed fairly quickly which was good, however, the staff at reception could be better as one of them was quite abrupt when I asked about having my wheels changed around. After the work was completed I drove home and noticed my steering wheel was off centre and I did ask about it being locked in place. Since having the work done I have emailed about the steering wheel but as yet I have had no response which is why I've only put my experience down as a 3 star.
