I turned up at 9.45am they took my car…

I turned up at 9.45am they took my car straight away . I went for a coffee and when I got back my car was all done. All done in 20 mins excellent service also all the staff very polite and professional. Will defo us again

I had an oil change and they left the dipstick out causing oil to spray out in engine bay.

Had 2 x Yokohama tyres fitted on the…

Had 2 x Yokohama tyres fitted on the back, I booked and bought the tyres through RAC Tyres and the only fitters in the area were Rhino so they were not my first choice for fitters.
Tyres seem to be fitted okay with no issues but my concern is that there was no protective covers used in my car and I didn’t notice until I got home (due to sun glare) that the floor mat was filthy and the seat was dirty too. Now this is not a brand new car (6 years old) but we have only had the car for a few weeks so the floor mats were new and we keep our car clean so I didn’t appreciate them making it dirty.

It was so easy to book a slot and pay…

It was so easy to book a slot and pay online. My 1st visit and I was very impressed with the service, the place was very clean and tidy. I will be using them going forward for servicing and mot.
Staff were pleasant and a credit to the company.

Disappointed with the service

Disappointed with the service. Phoned to 'book' a tyre fitting, told the make was stocked if I needed others. Tyres checked and others needed so had to be ordered as there were none in stock of the make I needed so had to make another appointment which caused inconvenience.

Booking any work or tyres like Inhave…

Booking any work or tyres like Inhave done online in the past is so simple and easy to use
Ive used this place a few times. The staff are very friendly. Anything Ive had done on my car has always been great. I've never had any issues with them and that's why I would continue to go there.

My appointment was @ 9.30am

My appointment was @ 9.30am, I arrived @ 9.10am.
I requested that the rear tyres were replaced & then swapped over to the front & the front wheels placed on the rear, to which I was told “Sorry, no time” My car went into the workshop @ 9.15(15mins earlier than my booking) and returned @ 9.37am! Surely the wheels could have been swapped over in the time allowed for my booking! Disappointed!

Service was OK except cost more than…

Service has been good, workers are hardworking. Job cost me more than the original quote I was given. My main complaint is the fact I was not allowed to pay with Klarna. I apreciate that they have since been in touch with an explanation regarding the price and the fact that Klarna is only offered with purchases on line, not in- centre, so increased my rating. However I received a vehical MOT reminder letter prior to my visit from Protyre and it gave me the option to use Protyre in store. Thanks
