Poor customer communication
Booked in advance date and time for two tyres fitting. Called to check on fitting day to make sure all ok. Apparently tyres not in stock. No one rang to let me know.
"Couldn't find your number to call you." That's odd as you had all my details when ordering.

Car booked in for 13:00
Car booked in for 13:00, when I dropped it off they said come back in an hour which I did. The car hadn't moved drove away 3 hours after dropping off. No apology for waiting so long. When I got home I noticed that the hatch in the boot where the locking wheel nut was dismantled and not put back together
