Cracked paint due to lack of care
Wheels have recently been refurbished due to previous damage caused by this station. This is the first time since the refurb my wheels have been taken off. In doing so, the paint has been cracked around the centre cap and appears the wheel was chucked onto the wheel balancer and damaged the paint and fractured both side due to lack of care, would be great if they reach out to find a resolution but don’t expect much

TYRE PRESSURES WERE NOT RESET EVEN AFTER MY WIFE RETURNED. TEH WARNING LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN BUT I GUESSED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS SAVING A THIRD VISIT. YOU ARE USUALLY TOP CLASS BUT NOT ON THIS OCCASION.

Prices were competitive
Prices were competitive. Appointment time was good and was offered tracking in about 10minutes waiting time. This ended up as about 30 minutes and then tyre fitting was slow. I spent about 2 hours for a visit I thought should take about no more than 1 hour. Quality was good.

Very happy with the service I received
Very happy with the service I received. All the staff were friendly, quickly found the problem and, although they couldn’t replace the faulty valve in the tyre as it was a specific type, they did their best to clean and replace the existing one and so far, so good. Happy with that.
