Its all in the detail keeping good service.
Shame been good up till now.
This time bought 2x expensive tyres only to find they weren't balanced before fitting back to the car.
Rectified by their staff 3 days later and thank you to them.
But not good enough losing 2 hours of my time to sort it when it should've been done properly in the 1st place.

Bought tyres and tracking on line, arranged a date and time to have the job done. Turned up was greeted politely, sat down in the comfy warm waiting area, 45 minutes later I was on my way home, perfect what's not to like! Great service, great company well done Protyre.

Went there for an MOT
Went there for an MOT, I reckon your inspector got out of bed the wrong side that morning and to top it up you didn't even bother coming back with a repair price so I will never bother using you again. I reckon what you do is offer a cheaper MOT then fail the car on just about anything and everything possible, in all my life and seeing that the car has only done 5k mileage since the last MOT is ridiculous.

Replacement battery on holiday
I made an appointment with their easy to use online service for a replacement battery that had died the evening before while on holiday in the IOW.
