Very Disappointed
Booked for my tyre to be changed through Blackcircles.com. Was given a 9am slot which I accepted. Then I get an email to say 9am is not available anymore. I then get offered a choice of a different time so I choose 10am. I get an email confirming my slot at 10am. I even get a reminder email of my 10am slot. Get to the garage and they don't have me down for the 10am slot!!!! No record of the 10am even though I showed them the email confirming my 10am slot! Very disappointing and frustrating!

Been using pro tyre for 8 years. This year my wife’s van failed MOT with about 8 problems. First time. Was sceptical at first, but started replacing parts and realised that the person who checked it was so good and thorough that I am grateful that such a good job was done. YL12BDO

Colchester Pro Tyre Depot. Discussed issues regarding brakes they showed me what was wrong on the car. Offering me a competitive price for the replacement of parts. Also I had 2 new tyres again showing me options of tyres. Good customer service fair pricing, professional staff.
