Overall did a good job however …
Overall did a good job however took a star off as:
1) The booking system allowed me to book a time that wasn't available so had a back and forth with the centre trying to find a time they could do
2) The tyre pressures for the 2 front tyres they replaced were set at 37 and 39, uneven and at 2-3 PSI higher than they should have been.
However, staff were polite and work once the time was agreed was carried out efficiently.

Honest advice and excellent service
My wife had previously contacted another local tyre company and had been given a quotation for top of the range tyres.
Given that she only drives between 2and 3 thousand miles a year and never on Motorways Protyre advised a more appropriate and cheaper solution.
Fitting carried out on time:satisfied customer!

Good and caring service.
During a visit to replace 2 tyres that were approaching life end I asked if the staff would check another tyre which lost pressure very slowly. I was asked if I would mind coming back as they were already busy and arranged another visit. The manager checked that the tyre on my spare wheel was still in date and suitable for use on both sides of the car. (after loosing 2 tyres on a Motorway I always carry a spare).
On my second visit the manager made time to explain what was defective in that tyre before repairing the puncture.

First time I’ve used Protyre. Very impressed!!! I booked a service, wheel balance and tracking. Since the wheel balance and tracking was done, it’s like driving a different car. The rid w and steering is much improved. The staff are all helpful and very knowledgeable.
