Had an Aircon regas on 27th May but they didn't identify a leak and was supposed to refund me. Over a month later and I'm still waiting for the refund despite chasing two weeks ago.

Great service from Protyre Chesham

Great service from Protyre Chesham. Went in for free tyre and alignment check on my Fiesta. Front tyres needed replacing, one of the front wheels was buckled. I bought a new wheel from Ford and Protyre replaced the tyres and fixed the alignment. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Air con not checked

Went in because air con was not working. But after re gasing it still was not working. It did not need gas the compressor was faulty . Why put gas in if it did not need it, supposed to be able to carry out a free check not waste £100. We had booked in for tires and brakes but have cancelled. We had recommended them to someone else who has now cancelled. Made £100 lost 2 other jobs

Efficient, professional and friendly service

My daughter’s car was booked in for an air con regas at 4.30pm on a hot Friday. Staff were very chilled and friendly and got the job done despite what for them must have been hard working conditions. Thank you so much it’s made such a difference. Recommend them most definitely

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service. Great customer support. I had Aircon Regas. They also checked tyres and brakes with a full printed report.

Poor service

Poor service. The tyres were supposed to be fixed for the rear. When requested to rotate by installing the new ones at the rear and old in the front, I was told you should have requested earlier.

I agreed wating to get this done, but was advised it can't be and was advised to come later where I will be charged 15 per wheel.

Regas even though they knew there was a leak!

Booked in for a free air conditioning check and the a regas if all was ok!
When I picked the car up they told me that there is a leak in my ac but they have regassed anyway and hope it will last?
The next morning the ac had stopped working!
Why was it regassed when they knew there was a leak?
Phoned up to see if I could find out why I wasn’t informed about the leak before paying £89.95 to be told I am lying and would have not been told there is a leak!
Now I’ve got to wait at least 5 days to see if a refund appears!
Would not recommend.

I asked tge garage to inspect and…

I asked tge garage to inspect and report on a suspected puncture. Only when I paid my bill was I told they didn't find anything wrong. WHen I asked what else could resolve tge puncture I was told a bead reseal could help. But my car was already off tge ramp. They should have offered me tgst option earlier. I don't think the garage is interested in fixing punctures as probably not enough profit. We need garages tgat offer proper customer service.
