What can I say.
Really well looked after.
Took my car down at opening time with dangerous sounding grinding noise . Reception directed me to a lovely man named Raul. He’s swiftly got my car up on the ramps and found the problem immediately.
Left with my car with Raul and within 2 hours, had a lovely call from him to say car was ready to collect.
We were out for the day, but they said it was fine to leave the car with the until we were done.
Such amazing service from start to end. Being miles away from home, it was so nice to know my little car was in amazingly safe hands.
Thank you so much Raul and the team for looking after me.

The tyre’s I had replaced were less than 2 years old and done about 11 thousand miles and I was told by one of the employees they should not have worn so badly and should have been sent back to the manufacturer
I felt the management was not interested in going through the process of sending them back

GREEN PUNCTURE LEVY
The service was both professional and efficient but be aware they make a £5 Environmental Charge for fixing punctures. When questioned I was told it was for the disposal of Fitters gloves among other things!

Wrong tyre fitted
I purchased two Dunlop tyres 3 weeks ago, unfortunately I had a non repairable puncture in one,went to protyre and asked for the same tyre to be fitted, they even looked up what i had before but fitted a different Dunlop at a higher price, not happy about it,

don't do it to yourself
visited 3 branches. One for a health check on a new car one for an aircon regas and one for a health check before selling the car
The 1st one does the health check in 15 mins and there is no evidence of it ever happening on their system the 2nd one does the regas but doesn't give any paperwork "system broken" the 3rd one makes me aware that my air con gas is dangerously low and needs topping up. Yes thats the same car they re gassed 4 weeks ago

Efficient and Quick
Easy to book an appointment and choose tyres online. Although Bathwick tyres was very busy and had a delivery at my appointment time the booking in at reception was quick and after a short wait my tyres were changed very efficiently.
