Bro, this guy Saket Agarwal seriously thinks he owns the company or something at least Protiviti Hyderabad office for MDT 2 Transamerica project. Like hello?? You’re just a manager-turned-director, not the boss of the world we all all colleagues know in PWC you were going to be kicked out by HR due to your bad behavior and harassment issues with employees when his old associates in Protiviti saved him and gave him a job here . Saket Agarwal openly threatens that he will take away our job and says that HR and MDs like Sunil Adanki and Pratik Dave is in his pocket and also says that he can make client Ken Thomas from USA stand up or sit and hear his orders what is this, a school classroom? 😂. Saket threatens that he will make sure that bad feedback is given about us so that no company hires us. We spoilt our career joining Protiviti from esteemed companies like Deloitte and thank God I am out of that hell now so are all my other colleagues trying to get out of that stinking rat hole.
Nobody in the Hyderabad office even wants to work anymore because of his nonsense. He spends the whole day doing nothing except bossing people around and talking trash. And the company? Lol, they even cut salaries and allowances, like who does that? Night shift allowance and travel money reduced, thanks to this circus and he says its MD decision. Have you ever heard of any company that all employees working in Transamerica project has salary reduce.If you have balls tell client and make everyone do 8AM to 5PM office the reduce night shift allowance
Honestly, joining here was the worst decision ever. People from EY and Deloitte regret it big time. Everyone’s just waiting to escape this rat hole. Saket Agarwal is like the definition of how NOT to be a leader. If you want your career to survive, stay far away from this place.

Successfully completed first set of interviews for a senior position then had an interview with the managing director scheduled. It was postponed 7 times over the course of 4 months with no explanation. Horrible experience with HR (centralized in India), they’re unresponsive and completely unprofessional in their communication when they do respond. Overall: Ignore if approached, it’s a complete waste of your time and energy and borderline insulting.

Had me jumping through hoops for weeks. Made me join Experion for a credit check on the promise of work.
Totally wasted my rime, dealt with at least 5 people. They wanted my accounts details in Netherlands, I gave them at least 5 refs, so now they have plenty of contact detailsmdor their database. I had to send them 10 banks statements. No job, nothing. And then they emailed me back accident advertising the same job. I can imagine trying to get paid from this lot would be another session of hoop jumping, never ever again
