Selling my house with Protheroe was a totally stress free experience, very professional and was always on hand whenever I needed them.
If I was to sell another property again I would definitely use them again.
I didn’t have the time with work commitments to be around when selling my house but Adam at Protheroe’s just took control of the sale and got me above the best price I expected for the property.

We bought our house in June of this year (2020) in the middle of the pandemic.
Adam at Protheroe was a great help throughout even going as far as coordinating with solicitors and my selling estate agent (WIlliam H Brown) both of whom's service was less than impressive.
No complaints on Protheroe though, very helpful and consistent.

Great service
I recently asked Protheroe Property to sell my late parents home and recommend them for excellent service. Adam is professional, friendly and made the difficult process easier to manage. Honestly you wont find a better letting agent in the west Yorkshire Area than this one . Adam Really cant do enough for you if your selling or just want to let your property out protheroe property will go to all ends to help advise get you the best deal and price if you want to sell and if you are wanting to let as a landlord will make sure you get the best tennant he can for your property

Honest and straightforward estate…
Honest and straightforward estate agent.
Arranged and held all my viewings and negotiated on my behalf.
I didn’t have any contact at all with the potential and eventual buyers which was my choice so it was a very stress free process.
Takes videos of the property and promotes in social media which definitely helped to sell it.
I would recommend Protheroe Properties to anyone whatever type of property you are selling.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. We came across Protheroe Property and Adam when we made an offer on a property, our offer was accepted. We instantly liked Adam who then sold my property, within a few days-first viewing and then an offer. I have recommended Adam to two friends and they also only have positive things to say. Adam and the Protheroe team are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much for them. You get a really personal experience and you do not feel like just another customer. My former property is now sold and we’re in our new house, we couldn’t be happier. Adam even gave us a ‘welcome to your new home’ gift and card which was a really thoughtful thing to do. We cannot thank them enough and we highly reccomend Protheroe Property.
