Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, no reply to my e mail when there pathetic dpd delivery service, attempted to make out they tried to deliver to my deliver address (but photo was of someones random front door on my street) no reassurance from protein world, no response to my frantic e mails - won't use them again

They stole my money and no one will…

They stole my money and no one will respond to me?!!
I ordered and paid for 1.6kg (2 x 800 g) of their caramel chew mug cake. They took my money and only sent me one 800 g. I have emailed their customer service team, customer support and delivery support emails 4 times and no one has responded. I want my full order or my money back NOW. This isn’t the first time theyve stolen money and not delivered the goods. It’s theft!

Awful

Awful. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They will take your money, then ignore you when you ask to cancel subscription or anything else.
I am now stuck trying to cancel a subscription which you cannot do online, only by contacted them and they do not reply.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I have ordered from Protein World for years. I found their mug cakes delicious and I order them quite regularly. However over the past 6 months their MASSIVE price increase and disgraceful delivery and service has put me off ever buying anything from them again. Honestly I’m shocked at how bad the service has got. Between January and May I made 3 separate orders of their mug cakes where EVERY order was either wrong or massively delayed with delivery. Considering they make you pay for DHL delivery on payment.
One of the orders I had ordered 5 packets of mug cake on 22nd January. It took 2 weeks of chasing before they sent delivery and they’d only sent 1 packet but they had said they’d delivered all 5. It took another few weeks of chasing before I got the other 4 packets I had paid for.
The most recent order I ordered 4 packets of mug cakes where it took over 3 weeks before it arrived. I was constantly chasing and every time someone would give me a “definite” date it would be shipped but that date would come and go and still no order. One person apologised for the delayed and said when my order arrives I would receive a FREE extra packet of the mug cake but when my order eventually arrived I did not receive any free extra.
The constant having to chase for my order and still not receiving for weeks on end and then being lied to about shipping or what I’ll receive has seriously put me off ever ordering again.

Company is in Liquidation

Do not order from this company, they are in Liquidation and being wound up. In spite of this they keep emailing me discount codes for products they have no intention of sending, just to get my money.

Avoid at all costs!

I’ve had a subscription with protein world for nearly 3 years now and the company has gone completely downhill. Prior to my December order, the 2/3 orders before that weren’t received until 4/5 weeks after payment was taken. I had to chase it up each time and email myself after a few weeks to ask when I would receive my item to then be told it was out of stock. This should have been communicated to me without me having to email weeks after my payment being taken. My December order, payment was taken on the 2nd of December. 2 weeks later I received an email saying my item had been refunded with no explanation as to why, but I could accept that. It’s now the 13th of January and I’ve still received no refund. I’ve emailed multiple times and received no response. One of the emails displayed on their website also no longer exists. Protein world has become an absolute shambles of a company with the worst customer service. Quick to take your money but don’t refund it when you don’t receive your order.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking! spent almost £60 on a order on the 26th December with shipping stating 3-7 day, it has gone past this period with no update of my order or delivery. No response for the delivery email they provide on their insta with automated responses! For a company that charge so much for their product you would think they would have better customer service! I’m not confident that I going to even receive my goods and will now have to try and claim it back through my bank which is a hassle I could do without! They haven’t bother to deliver the product I paid for! There are plenty more protein products out there I will not make the mistake of using this company again!

Terrible company

Terrible company. Totally ignored all emails chasing up a refund for returned goods. They are happy to accept orders and send out promotions, but their customer service is non existant and one of the email addresses on their website no longer exists. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible experience

I ordered on the 30th October and still 19 days later haven’t received my order. I’ve brought from this company for years and have never had this problem. No replies to my emails and no way of calling them. I cannot believe how downhill they have gone. They said it would be sent last week and nothing/no replies to further emails. They seem to think it’s okay to send out promotional emails with discounts in but what’s the point when you don’t even get your order!
Do not bother ordering as you won’t get your order!!! Sort it out Protein World.

I ordered their chocolate gourmet protein powder - had it before and enjoyed it. Ordered last month, they took payment then two weeks later I was told it was out of stock, finally got an alternative after being left with nothing. This month's order has arrived and is NOT anything like past batches! Awful, AWFUL taste!! Undrinkable!! Hint of banana and some disgusting horrid after taste. Have emailed them immediately upon receiving the items, still not even a response... Used this company for years as their products are good (when they get it right). Also cannot forget to mention the MOULDY flapjacks i got a couple of years ago - they didn't seem at all concerned about this... I just wanted assurance that they were taking it seriously- they were still selling the bars, didn't seem to care about selling flapjacks with visible mould spores growing all over them, despite me flagging this as a literal health and safety concern for consumers... offered to send me more!! I wanted to vomit and still haven't eaten a flapjack of any form since!!

I would not recommend buying from this…

I would not recommend buying from this brand. I paid for product and shipping to the US (according to this website "fast shipping worldwide" and would get here between 7-14 days) on Aug 27 and my order has still not arrived. I've been in contact with customer serves for about two weeks now who have been useless and not helpful. There's been no active solutions proposed solutions (e.g. refund or they place a replacement order for me). Really disappointing - I've been buying their slender blend for five years now but, after this whole experience, I will not be.

Bad experience

This was the last time I ordered from them, the first time the parcel didn't arrive and was sent back. I paid 30£ for the delivery, luckily I got a refund. The second time I ordered a few protein shakes, they arrived in time but I had to pay 30£ for the delivery + 40£ in taxes (overseas). I think that's way too much for this product and the bad customer service. On top of that the formula changed!! I loved the strawberry milkshake, but they changed the formula, the taste is different now, way worse. The vanilla ice cream is still good and has the same taste.

Takes payment but doesn’t send items! So so bad! I’ve contacted customer service many times only for them to say they are looking into it. I spent nearly £100 with them and they haven’t sent my products.

I’m raising with trading standards and my bank to reclaim my money.
