Product arrived quickly and easily tracked using Royal Mail

Easy to order and swift delivery .

Very prompt and positive response to a complaint about a fault that developed in a pair of competition jammers. The situation was resolved to my complete satisfaction within two days and I was kept informed by email at every stage.

I had trouble using a promo code. The code was not accepted upon checkout despite the promotion was on-going.

Contacted Customer Service and they were prompt in their reply. Subsequently, there was another promotion that gave me the same discount as the previous promo. The new promo code went through and I made my purchase.

The CS followed through my enquiry until the case was closed. Appreciate their good service.

Good customer support when I needed to cancel my order.

Purchased Finis Smart Goggles, and the brand new goggles had a big fingerprint on the lens and the charge cable was absent. Customer service asked for some photos of what I received and the condition of the packaging. 24 hours later I had a charging cable along with several apologies, which I felt were very sincere. I am very happy with their customer service and also with the product.

Brilliant customer service. New speedo swim suit had a stitch coming undone and they have said they will send a replacement ASAP.

I was very impressed with the customer service. I made a mistake with an address and the items were repatriated to the wharehouse and sent out again to be correctly delivered

I am from Sri Lanka. I have been a customer of proswimwear for some time, I must say I have never experienced any service as quick and efficient as yours proswimwear has good products and they have the best after sales service ever. Thank you.

Just made my first purchase and it was a great experience. Products I wanted were on sale already so the prices were good. Then I got a 10% discount for my first order and an additional 10% off with a promo code.
Furthermore, I got an e-mail, let me check real quick, 66 minutes after the Order Confirmation email telling me the order had been dispatched.
Pretty cool job.

Just need to get the products.

EDIT : DELIVERED BY 1pm NEXT DAY and I did not pay for next day.

Expect that if the item is not going to work and you will return it to receive less amount of money of what you paid , they will take from your bank account one amount but return the other , was surprised to see it , when I shop online in other companies and the item is not working for me I return it and get the full refund but here is different

As a loyal customer of Pro Swim Wear, I'm deeply disappointed to share my experience of abysmal customer service and an undelivered order.

**Order Delays and Lack of Communication**

I placed a large order for a swim item. The expected delivery date was communicated on the order confirmation. However, my order never arrived on time. I reached out to the company multiple times via email and phone, only to be met with silence and generic automated responses.

**False promises and Excuses**

After relentless inquiries, I finally received a response from a customer service representative who promised to investigate the matter. Days turned into weeks, with no updates or resolutions provided. When I attempted to follow up, I was told that my order was 'lost in transit' and that I would have to wait additional days. This was unacceptable, as the team needed the items urgently.

To my dismay, Pro Swim Wear refused to offer any alternative solutions, such as a refund or expedited delivery. The customer service team simply repeated the same excuses, blaming the courier service without taking any responsibility.

I'm deeply disappointed that a company I once trusted has treated me with such indifference. The lack of communication, false promises, and refusal to provide a solution has eroded my faith in Pro Swim Wear.

**WARNING: Stay Clear**

I strongly advise others to stay well clear of Pro Swim Wear. Their customer service is appalling, and undelivered orders are a nightmare to resolve. You will likely experience frustration, disappointment, and a waste of your time.

Choose a more reliable swimwear provider who values their customers and delivers on their promises. Do not fall victim to the poor service of Pro Swim Wear.

This company has flagged my review with Trust Pilot stating it contains “harmful or illegal content”. Trust Pilot had temporarily taken it offline and have now determined that the report was fabricated. As such, my review was put back online. I hope this gives potential customers a clear indication of the candour and integrity of Pro Swim Wear company. It would suggest to me that there may have been many negative reviews removed and only positive ones remaining. It is vital for the business to be able to handle constructive feedback in order to learn and improve

Item was dispatched few hours after placing order and delivered 2 days after which is really unusual for anything to be delivered to Isle of Man so quickly. So if you want quick service this on line shop is to go for!!!

Bought a swim cap and special pre/post-chlorine conditioner here as price was marginally better than other retailers, including Amazon. All went smoothly!

This company is the only source I could find for a particular color combination of Aquasphere 2 swim mask (green/smoke). So it was worth it to me to pay the shipping charge. Delivery from England to US took 3 and a half weeks. When I emailed customer service to inquire when to expect delivery, Ivy responded immediately. The mask is perfect.
