A thoroughly deserved 5* from us!
Prosol UK thoroughly deserve a 5* review. We contacted them about a suspected broken gas analyser tail pipe that we'd purchased in November from them. Without question, they sent out a new replacement part straight away so we could fix the broken bit. Delivery was first thing the next day, so you can't get much more efficient than that! We're very impressed and will definitely go straight to Prosol UK next time we need anything for our business. Excellent customer service all round.

Reasonable turnaround and helpful with the initial design. Print quality is quite low considering a graphic designer provided the eventual high resolution image to use but quality of product is good.

very bad experience ordered some key rings and the description said they are delivered within 2 to 3 days which isn't true i later emailed the customer service with they said it takes 10 working days to be printed which wasn't posted on the website at any point so i accepted they would take 10 working day due to printing 16 working days later the finally arrive.
if its going to take 16 working days to get the key ring why isn't that posted on the website in the description
