Customer service team was really responsive and helpful, had to send my hoover back for a repair under warranty which was an easy process and was repaired and sent back after only a few days.

Had an issue with my robot vacuum and was worried a bit on how support would be provided, as the product was not bought locally.
However, the company responded quickly to my service request and engaged in open dialogue.
Despite the cause of the issue not being 100% certain, they shipped a replacement part as it would be the fastest solution if it indeed proved to be the cause.
The part was shipped within the EU, instead of from China, so it arrived quickly and did in fact solve the issue. So, very satisfied with the service so far!

I had a battery issue with my M7 pro 14 months after buying it. I contacted Customer service and within 24 hours a new battery was being shipped out free of charge. Faultless customer service.

I own a handheld vacuum cleaner from Proscenic and after a year of every day use the filter was very worn and needed replacement. Being unable to find a replacement to purchase, I contacted Proscenic customer support. They were very helpful and after sharing a few details with them, they arranged to send a replacement free of charge. Not only I did not pay anything for the delivery, but they included 3 filters (and not 1 that I was originally expecting)! Great support!

Very prompt answer. Vacuum cleaner still in warranty. It was a minor broken piece but they replaced me the whole engine. Arrived 2 days later via DPD. Very recommended impressed by speed and the problem solving skills.

I’m giving Proscenic a 1 star, not because they sell a bad product, in fact the products are very good! It’s because just selling a good product is only part of a successful companies priority and sadly I don’t thing they are aware of that. The customer service I’ve experienced is bad to say the least and I will not be recommending or purchasing proscenic products again.

Update, the app was fixed for a total of 8 hours and once again after a long wait my M7 Pro was out of hibernation doing what it does best. The next day, once my dog walker had collected my pup I opened the app to send M7 out to work and guess what, app down again and has been since Friday morning. Why don’t you throw more resources at fixing this problem?
Remember this, a happy customer will tell 2 maybe 3 people about proscenic, an unhappy customer will tell unlimited!

I had problems with a defective new brushwasher, but the support was helpful and send a new fresh water tank quickly and now its very good to clean our house.
