I want share my experience of purchasing property in istanbul in Eyup sultan with company Property Turkey. From begging till end if process Aleksandra followed with me. Finding right option, getting best price, negotiating, notary paperwork, bank account all was followed by Aleksandra in a very good way. Finally I got my title deed. When property becomes ready I got my keys with after sales team helping. Later they rent my property. But when I come to istanbul I start live in property myself. BEWARE !!! NEVER pay high deposit more than $1000. I was scammed in the down payment by one of their developers called Senes insaat san ve tic. They played me for 3 months while the apartment was in mortgage and can't be registered. The developer stole my deposit money and refused to pay it back. They make themselves sound professional but they are not and they really don't care to follow up. Beware also of guy calles Serkan, he is slick and keep asking you to be patient. I've been following up for my money even contacted the developer on my own but zero action. I have all the documents that show evidence of what I'm saying, just beware

I bought property through property of Turkey. Some of the information was misleading. For example, property Turkey informed that title dead is ready when the project finsh and I will be collecting it from the project manger. However, that was not the case, The title dead was not ready by the time the project was finshed and there are complications. Despite the fact that we paid the full amount and there is no outstanding blance. The payment plan was in tact and finshed and we ask them for title dead property Turkey asked us to send more money hence for a new law (the forghn currency exchange certificate). We were not informed about that though this law was imposed more than a year ago.

I wanted to buy from a project called Rams Haliç. They referred me to a company employee called Nazrin in the sales office. She was a scammer and knew nothing about everything. She gave me false information about the prices. I still don't understand how they made this girl a salesperson. They took more commission and title deed fee from me. I am very surprised that a company like Rams is doing business with PT, a cheap company. When you hear the name PT and Nazrin, get away from there! Stay away from incompetent sellers to avoid doing business with such inexperienced salesmen. What I experienced was a nightmare. ı am ready to open a case to them.

Property Turkey is the largest scamming entity in Turkey, where they sold me an overpriced 2 bedroom apartment, where i found later that they made approximately 20% commission (Approximately $100,000) and their associates toni and cameron are all part of this scam. Being a foreigner, I trusted them based on their youtube videos and luckily I was saved from their after sales management company. I am in talks with my US and local lawyers to file a legal case against this horrible scamming company and its associates, so they do not scam anyone in the future.

The Aftersale team and Serkan are complete thieves. They are the most successful scammers in Istanbul. Be cautious when buying property from this company to avoid being defrauded. They charge extra money. When providing after-sales service, they claim there are no tenants, but your apartment is rented to third parties and they seize your money. I have heard that they have employees in prison. Be careful not to fall victim to these scammers.
