AVOID

highly DONT recommend this company to purchase a bike from. As I can see from most of the other reviews everyone is happy with their purchase, I was the same up until I discovered issues. They will happily go out their way up until payment is taken. Once I bought/paid for my Ducati from pro moto there was no message or call on when I was collecting my bike, I did send a message stating I’d try make it on a Saturday but yet again no reply or follow up to see if I was coming. I did make it on that Saturday and the bike was not prepared. I checked over the bike the best I could at the time but I did have a long ride back. I noticed the one of the mirrors had an issue so I turned back and after the mechanic tightened it up he said if it happens again contact pro moto because it doesn’t have the correct fitting. It did loosen up and after contacting pro moto and waiting for there reply which took weeks, I was then told after another few weeks had passed that they would order me some aftermarket mirrors, again weeks had passed so I decided to take off the mirrors to see if I could fix it myself. I found that it was in-fact the extenders that were the issue so I removed them and found another issue which was the front headlight fairing was actually red and my bike is actually Matt black. I contacted pro moto and informed them I no longer need the mirrors but I had another issue, again I wasn’t informed of the front fairing change and later found out they knew that It was red underneath. Pro moto will do everything they can up until you pay for the bike, once that transaction is done they will ignore you and make excuses after excuses. It took me a total of 2 months back and forth to then be told they’re not going to do anything about the fairing stating I had a chance to check the fairing beforehand yet they knew it was a red one poorly painted black. AVOID if I was you.
