This is a super easy program to use. The surveys are not hard and really don't take up to much time, plus the pay out is very fair. I do recommend this to anyone that listens. No it wont make you thousands or any big money, but it does help to stretch those paychecks out. Also would be great for a fixed income person to use to help pay for small things.

I had been using Prolific in good faith and completed identity verification when requested. Unfortunately, my verification was rejected, and despite submitting an appeal and contacting support multiple times, I have not received any meaningful explanation or assistance.
I understand that security checks are necessary, but what is frustrating is the lack of transparency. I was simply told that my account was rejected without being informed what went wrong or whether it could be corrected.
As a legitimate user, I expected a fair review process and clear communication. Instead, I have been left without access to my account and without any practical way to resolve the issue.
I hope Prolific improves its customer support by providing clear reasons for verification rejections and giving users a genuine opportunity to resolve issues instead of receiving generic responses...

It feels unfair to lose access to an account without understanding the reason, especially after following the requested verification process. Better communication and human review would greatly improve the user experience.

It's nice that they compensate individuals for answering simple questions and participating in the variety of different opportunities that are available. A part of me feels as though the amount that's paid could be increased. Especially with the cost of living increasing, most participants who sign up are already struggling to manage their time and home life , other jobs ,familys,and are looking for simple ways to make more money so they are not struggling financially as much. The time it takes to actually make any amount of difference making money in here is most definitely not worth the effort, time or privacy risk that comes from putting your personal opinions and privatr information out there for anyone to get their hand on. Anyways it's a good concept but a poor pay system and. Consider the fact that we are actual human beings who are just trying to catch a break in this soul sucking world. What if they Put themselves in our shoes,imagine living our lives and ask them selves, do I know the difference between right and wrong? Am I making a positive difference in this world? Or am I taking advantage of less fortunate individuals for my company and myself to benefit at the expense of others, while wrapping it up in a golden bow, and advertising it as a premium opportunity that requires minimum effort. We are devaluing ourselves and selling our identity with the hopes of finaly catching a break. Instead like every thing else in this world we end up being screwed over!
