Daisy was brilliant! Knowledgeable and very easy going.
Thank you very much.
I recently completed my IOSH Managing Safely. The course was very informative and a good stepping stone into health and safety. The instructor Daisy was very good, she was engaging and made the whole experience enjoyable.
I booked a street work supervisor and opp one week after the other 🤯😵💫. But got it all done the course was fun and easily set up for me waiting for certificates now been a week 2 week will let you know if when they arrive. I do know what there is a backlist of street works cards for 6 months. I would use this company again.
Project skills solutions booked training for me in Webb's Million Keynes.
Very bad experience, I have left before course CITB Health and Safety Awareness has begun.
On entrance desinfect hands, Trainer standing face to face with me in distance less than 1 meter and explaining 2 meter social distance, not saying/asking with a good manner - giving orders!
I have 20 minutes before course starting. Decided to get to car to drink and make cigarette, Trainer came after me with hand sanitizer as said that he not saw if I was using so I have to do it now ( like I'm 5yo and teacher need to see if I done it) 😂
I said that I used twice already, anyway is almost 20 minutes to start, I'm about to smoke now I will use when back to building, but he insisted. I use again, and make comment that Covid-19 is not that deadly as government and TV said. I know no one who knows anyone with Covid-19.
After which trainer raised his voice and with a bad manner said that Covid-19 is real, he knows at least 3 people who died from it. And this end of conversation.
I call company who booked this course for me that I not want to start this course with this trainer.
Why I should stay there if on start trainer raising voice on me because I dare to have different opinion 😲.
Good he not know what I think about NHS services🤣.
Just like everyone else I have right to mine opinion even if is wrong or against someone believes, but this is not reason to be unpleasant and rude.
Im waisted almost £200 and because trainer at this place with his behaviour in my opinion is not good enough to teach anything even a dog's, and only thing I get from this place is a chronic migraine attack ongoing for a second day. Look after yours money and health as this place respecting non of those.
I read other reviews and PSS answers, please do not believe that PSS is sorry for this what happened, as they not, as you paid already you can go and ...........
Please to make good choice with someone else 😜

Dont book if you want a certificate within 6 months of doing the course. What a disaster, still waiting for certificate and all you get is the run around. AVOID.
Part 2, having made a complaint Sam at PSS has resolved the problem quickly and to my satisfaction. Well done to PSS, you can judge a company who correct their mistakes, just wished it hadn't taken a bad review to prompt the,

Very well delivered. Great content. Impressed with venue and would recommend.
dont book unlesss you live very near to the training venue, according to google map journey should take 40 minutes but allowed for traffic so left 7 am to get there 8:30 am start. Due to traffic accident, I was late, call them at 8:23am from PSS to say i'm at the Chelmsford fryer to say may be bit late, but should got there 8:30 but actually got there at 8:44 am. went in there but told it is too late. called back pss customer servicce at 8:48 but told I have to rebook and pay another full fees £110 + VAT. £132 plus petrol wasted, So unless you have Money to waste, and live very near by - DO NOT BOOK!!
Thanks for reply, but I actually went into the classroom and spoke to trainer, and he said "sorry too late". You can check with other people who was attending the class. And I have never said that " I had to get something from the car as I already had lunch and everything with me when I went into the class room.

I booked some of my guys onto a health and safety course with PSS, the trainer was very knowledgeable and all my guys found the course worthwhile.
Cheers, Frank.
