Great website but product cheap and…

Great website but product cheap and poorly made, Hobby Shed - Nails sticking out of timbers, timbers short, acrylic windows! Well I have seen thicker cd cases so no way secure. Wouldn’t buy unless you’re prepared to add fixings and better windows. Emailed the care team 3 times nothing.
So forget customer after care. Disappointed to say the least

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very disappointed with Project Timber. The shed I purchased has suffered a complete roof failure, allowing water ingress that destroyed thousands of pounds worth of my fishing equipment due to mould. This is clearly a product fault, not normal wear and tear.

I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, but most of my emails have been ignored. The few responses I’ve received have been vague and have not offered any meaningful resolution.

I would much prefer to resolve this amicably, however if I don’t receive a proper response and solution shortly, I will be escalating this through formal channels, including Trading Standards and a Section 75 claim if applicable, as well as sharing my experience across review platforms.

I’m giving Project Timber the opportunity to put this right, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.

Giving this company 1 star is still…

Giving this company 1 star is still more than they deserve.
Booked a day off for the delivery but it didn't arrive!!
3 days later it arrived, wet and damaged.
Customer service is diabolical!!
Contacted company several times but never get a definite answer, they are always waiting for someone to get back to them.
I requested multiple broken parts to be replaced asap but it didn't appear to be a priority.
I have now requested my money back and for them to collect the damaged, flimsy, wet item but once again no one gives me a definite response.
Read reviews before purchasing, I made the mistake of not doing and now regret it.

Thieves!

Thieves!

Do Not purchase anything from these Evil people!

I paid them £1,587 for a shed on the 28th Sep 2025. They changed my delivery date 5 times! So I said I wanted a refund.
Despite countless phone calls. I never got my money back of these Evil people.

When you ring them, they just tell you that a (Directer has to Appove the refund, and there is no direct line to the director)!!! You just have long awkward silences from them. Because they are not interested that you have lost all your money! Shame on these Evil people!

You have been WARNED!

Delivery was booked over two weeks ago…

Delivery was booked over two weeks ago for yesterday. I received a call late afternoon the day before asking if they could reschedule delivery for the week after, I explained that this would not be possible as we had both had to take unpaid leave to receive the booked delivery on 14th April. Was promised that I would receive a call back from logistics before the end of the day, and told that this would be resolved. It became apparent by 4.30pm nobody was going to call. After making numerous phone calls, sending emails, and WhatsApp’s we’re still waiting for someone to get back to us the day after. Apparently we were on the call list to reschedule the week before, but nobody bothered. Absolutely appalling customer service.
