On December 5, I ordered a mat, socks, and resistance bands. By December 19, I had not received any response from customer service regarding the shipment, so I canceled the order.
I am still waiting for my money back. I have sent numerous emails to customer service, but no one has responded. So no, I cannot recommend shopping on projectprofootball.com.

Bought one for my nephew to have at home. Since he has been using it his footwork has really come along and he has become much better with both feet! Where his family live in a flat it is perfect for him to do anywhere, he even brought it on our family holiday! Top gift!

This mat has been a game changer for my nephew, especially during the rainy/winter months and he can train inside!

I bought a training mat for my niece to use at home and in the garden - she just started a football training club and I thought she'd love being able to practice the skills she's picking up.

She enjoys using the mat and it's great that she can use it at any time 😊

No app - so £45 for a mat!!

No response from company.

I ordered the mat bundle which includes the mat, elastic bands and discs at a cost of £65. The parcel arrived. My grandson opened it yesterday as I bought for his birthday. There was only the mat and bands inside - no discs. Tried to find the app on the App Store as directed but no app. We’ve all tried to find it but no luck. My grandson is very disappointed and so am I. I messaged the company, they messaged me early this morning to say sorry for the confusion but the cones arrive separately! My shipment tracking says all three items in the bundle was delivered. But as I said only two items in packet. A rolled up plastic bag that the discs wouldn’t even fit in if they tried to put them in. Have searched for their contact number without luck. I again asked about the app as this was the main attraction with this particular mat, no reply. I am trying to find their customer services for returning this incomplete order and a full refund.

Ps I have tried to request a return as the order is incomplete and there is no app. No answer from customer service, plus on their web site once you press request return , it stops, it does not allow you to go further to return this order and get a refund. Would never order again. Shall be contacting my bank to get this sorted.
