No reply to advertised job questions. No reply to emails. No answering the phone. No feedback. No nothing.
Avoid and take your skills, qualifications, and experience somewhere else. You're just wasting your valuable job hunting time even attempting to work with these frauds.
Worse experience of my life. Project people arrange my interview , received job offer in may . waiting since may 2024 till July and received a notice that client wanted to end the contract , without giving any notice . Poor communication . No one contacted me
I also did not get paid. Please do not contract through this company or work for them. They are awful and predatory. The reviews speak for themselves.
It is impossible to over egg just how truly appalling the 'service' is from this company. This appears to have been their position looking at the comments for quite some time. I have been positioned for a role in Senior HR. Nothing happened with this role for well over a month. My 'consultant' to date has returned no emails, phone calls, voice messages, linkedin comms. I can however get hold of the 'consultant' by mobile if I catch them unawares. This doesn't stop the professionalism though. As soon as you say your name, they swear and hang up. Ring head office. No answer. Finally got through to someone, who didn't know they did HR recruitment, had no idea who my 'consultant' was and when I asked about a manager said 'we don;t have any of those'. I said I'd like to make a complaint, he laughed and then gave me an email address of someone, who, to date has not replied. Utterly hideous and the disdain with which they treat you. I can only conclude with some of the other comments on here, that they must be a sham outfit
Absolutely rubbish and unprofessional. They booked interview on clients site. It was successful as they said straight after and assured me they will contact agency and... that's it. There was no further contact. Well rating says everything.
I want to warn everyone about Project People and their fraudulent practices. I recently came across a job posting from this company on LinkedIn, but it turned out to be a scam.
They were very persistent in obtaining personal information, including my passport details, and insisted on filling out forms with sensitive data. This raised immediate red flags for me, as reputable companies don't ask for such information during the initial stages of recruitment.
Despite their claims of high salary and benefits, my instincts told me something was off. I decided not to provide my passport or fill out any forms.
After conducting thorough research, I found numerous reports and reviews from others who had similar experiences with Project People. It's clear that they are preying on unsuspecting job seekers.
I urge everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Project People or any recruitment agency exhibiting similar behavior. Protect yourself from potential scams by trusting your instincts and conducting thorough research before sharing personal information or accepting offers.
Stay safe and stay vigilant!
I have finished a contract with Project people 2 weeks ago, and am not getting fully paid till one month later in July. Repeated request are just stressing me up. I advice not working with them even if you are getting a good rate as you wont get paid in time. In my 11 years experience as a contractor Project People seem to be the worst agency.
Having problems getting paid. No response to multiple emails asking for a payment date. Had no choice but to use them as they are the main recruiters for the role, but wouldn't recommend them if you actually want to get paid for the work you do - awful!
Despite being registered with them and having several contract assignments with them over the years they do not answer any emails. Their main contact phone number is never answered - 0117 908 7000 it just rings and then cuts off. Staff don't seem to care. Beware!!!
I had a call from project people regarding a job which matched my cv and call me for a interview. They don't even bother calling back with the feed back and wasting time.
I have to agree with the rest of these reviews. BEWARE of this agency, they never acknowledge any application or CV, I’m not even sure if the jobs they are advertising exist. I certainly will not be using this company ever again!
They pretend there's a job, say it's best discussed on the phone, ask for CV. I told the recruiter not interested without a proper spec and confirmation they're handling an actual role. Then I get the same "introductory hard sell" message another 2 times. This is harassment. Don't they know about GDPR, even tho I said do not contact me??? Shockingly unprofessional.
Typical Recruitment Company. Call you about a great role, interview you....never hear anything again.
