Sales process was smooth and delivery was quick. Customer service after purchase was extremely poor. I had spent over £6k on projectors and they refused to accept a return of one to swap for another unit, even if I paid postage costs. Seems you get good sales service and nothing else.

*UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE* I have removed my comment that emails were repeatedly ignored. One email was ignored 6 days ago and I had to chase through online agent.

You are correct in saying that I wrote the review because you refused to accept the return or swap of a product I had purchased 5 days previous. This, in my opinion, is poor customer service and had I not been a business purchaser my rights would have been different.

Delivery and packing was Ist class which kept the screen in perfect condition.
Instructions where clear and I installed the screen quickly and easily with the help of one other person. The finished job looks clean and smart and works perfectly.
I will be pleased to recommend Just Projectors to anybody.

Just projectors were very helpful and knowledgable when we contacted them because our projector had failed. Due to the age of our current projector it quickly became evident that repair was not an option.
The advice given concerning a suitable alternative was equally knowledgable and accurate for our needs.
Having sourced 4 quotations for the model we settled on, Just Projectors were by far the most competitive, and the ordering and delivery process service was equally excellent. The projector we purchased has exceeded our expectation for picture quality and ease of use.

the first lamp i purchased lasted over 8000 hours the second lamp lasted just over 7000 hours hope the third lamp lasts just as long,great company would recommend to anyone.

A useful telephone conversation with a representative confirmed a specification that would meet the requirement. A very rapid response provided three options that had a fair prospect of meeting the need. Choice made, the item was ordered and delivered two days later. The item has proven itself to be an excellent fit for what was required. Excellent service.

How lovely it is to be able to write positively about a British company that a) knows about what it is selling b) cares about its customers c) is price competitive and d) makes you feel special. I cannot think of another company who has been as impressive as Just Projectors in at least the last five years. Some background. Like many, have been thinking about a projector. For me until recently I never got it - never understood the point. But a recent change to our kitchen layout meant that a TV would not go anywhere. So... projectors became a solution. I bought a simple £50 machine from Amazon to try and understand them - worth the £50 to get some basic knowledge. I then purchased a "serious" and expensive one from Amazon, without professional advice, and it was ...shambolic. I really recommend not buying a projector from a box shifter - this is something, unlike TVs, you really DO need professional advice for. I had never heard of Just Projectors at all - but wow. The quality, knowledge and care shown by them (a gentleman called Keith helped me) - cannot be expressed other than in superlatives. Just world class. If I can give any advice to anyone looking at projectors it is this. Do not concentrate on lumens - (and unless they quote ANSI lumens it is meaningless anyway - manufacturers make it up). As important... the brightest projector is not always the best - particularly with DLP projectors (the entry level to 4 K projectors). Higher lumens is great for gaming (where you are also looking for fast refresh rates), but, for movies, brightness means a loss of colour. And for watching movies colour *** matters ***. A good example is the Viewsonic PX728 (2000 lumens) versus PX748 (4000 lumens). The higher model number tricks you into thinking the 748 is better. But for movies, the 728 is the gold standard (and significantly more expensive in some territories.) The projectors are identical - except that the 48 adds white to the RGB colour wheel in the 28 to allow more bulb light (and diminished colouration) to the screen. I would never have understood this without advice from Keith. The bottom line is that I recommend this (family) company in the *** absolute highest terms.*** "Wow" does not come close. Inspirational, professional, extraordinarily kind, exceptionally knowledgeable - and very good listeners - it does not come better. Very (very) highly recommend for anyone buying a projector in the UK. They set the standard.
