First projector had an internal manufacturing problem (not due to projector point in any way).
A different projector was shipped and arrived in less than three days from the problem being identified.
How a company handles a problem is the best indication of how good a company is.
Projectorpoint replaced the faulty unit without issue and kept me fully informed on the procedure.

Incredible service. After ordering, we received a thoughtful phone call from clearly expert staff to check that the model of projector would work with the layout of our room and screen. The device was delivered very fast and is excellent. When we encountered some issues with it (not the fault of ProjectorPoint), staff were absolutely amazing, arranging rapid collection, diagnosis, and replacement. Thank you, Fane and Will!

Excellent pre sales support and advice from Projector Point, we had a requirement to upgrade our 1080P projection system on our race car simulator to 4K and the team at Projector Point we’re able to take our very specific requirements and advise on what would suit us best, in this case a BenQ AK700ST.

Projector Point helped us to get in touch with BenQ UK who were extremely helpful in answering some specific technical questions which allowed us to finalise our purchasing decision allowing us to place the order with Projector Point.

I made a mistake when ordering a projector screen from Projectorpoint but Will noticed it, contacted me and went the extra mile to sort out the mess. Excellent service - thank you.

I made a general enquiry initially about my plan to buy a projector for a voluntary group that sometimes had to operate in conditions of bright background light. Projectorpoint recommended Epson EB-FH52 but also gave alternatives. I made the same enquiry elsewhere and did not receive the same quality of advice.
Several months later I decided to buy from Projectorpoint whose pricing was competitive. When they received my order, they phoned me back to double-check, my reasons for ordering this particular product. I think this service was quite impressive.
I completed the purchase and am fully satisfied with the product.

Really happy to have discovered Projectorpoint. They spent a lot of time helping me choose the right projector and even after I had bought it, they also spent a great deal of time in helping me get it set up exactly as I wanted it. They were keen to understand what I needed and to get the correct dimensions and distances to ensure I had the right projector and the one they proposed and I eventually bought, is fantastic. I’m sure they could have suggested a much more expensive one but the Epson EB-FH52 is precisely what I needed and it gives a very impressive picture. Thank you for all the time you spent on this.

The online chat person was really helpful in letting me know which projectors would be best (not the one I had first asked about). After sales then rang and double checked what I needed it for, and confirmed it would work. Its arrived and just what I need.

The Sales Rep Will was very friendly and gave me some great advice. He also upgraded a 5m HDMI to 10m at no extra charge. Great service and a great product.

I know very little about projectors and have been calling and sending messages to various companies for over a week... ended up very confused.

After a phone conversation we amended the order and it was received a few days later, being absolutely perfect for my needs. He went above and beyond what I expected. I have bought several projectors from this company over the years and always found them knowledgeable and willing to spend time discussing ones needs, to make sure you get the right projector for your space. The free next day delivery was also extremely efficient.

If you hope for excellence at Projectorpoint you will not be disappointed....they genuinely excel. Each and every time I have contacted them I have found them to be very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. It's hard to imagine better service.

Spoke with William on initial contact to discuss a projector purchase to fit my needs. He was very honest and fair in his advice, not pushy in anyway although my desire to buy something was very high and I even spent more money than he was suggesting me to.
