I telephoned before buying to get advice about the projector. The advice I got was totally wrong, the projector is not suitable for what I wanted. When I asked if I could pay more and upgrade to a more suitable projector, they just said "No", even though the item is as new, with all the original packaging.
The delivery was quick, but otherwise it has been a nightmare.
A very unhelpful company. I would not recommend them, based on my experience.

Outstanding service. Called before I purchased my new projector for some information and projector planet's specialist was extremely helpful and had all the answers to my questions. Then to make everything even better once I placed my order it arrived very promptly and well packaged.

Did a long survey around the net to find a BenQ projector as I have a monitor from the same company. Projector Planet was a clear site and a very good price. Couldn't order over the phone, but could check stock. Ordering online was really easy and the parcel arrived quickly. It is exactly what I wanted at really good price.

Bought my Optoma HD131Xe plus large screen, two pair of optoma 3D glasses, Ceiling mount and two 10 metre HDMI leads from Projector Planet on January 12th 2014 over the internet. The following day I received a text from them to call and confirm my order, witch I did. Order arrived 14/01/14, ( excellent ), order was very well packaged to stop damage while in the post. Due to my disability it took me a week to install all and have it up and running, very easy to install, a enabled bodied person would have it up and running in a few hour's. I did not use the ceiling bolts that came with the screen, I increased the width of rafters in the ceiling then bolted the screen to the timbers. Projector... Optoma HD131Xe Full HD 3D, runs very quite at 26 dB you can not hear it running. Have used it for a few weeks now and I am still very impressed with my choose of projector, Screen... Optoma Panoview DS-1123PMG+ 16:10 Manual Pull Down Screen,123 inches and a manual screen, pulling down the screen is so easy, no effort in it at all. To put the screen away, just a light touch down then it puts it's self away. I looked at a good few sights for a week before I decided who I would buy from, I'm glad I choose Projector Planet there Prices are competitive, Costumer service was very good and if you have any questions to ask they are very helpful with there answer's all in all I would recommend 100%

No problems at all, good service, reliable information, quick delivery. It's a rare delight to have a courier let you know of an hour window for delivery. Too many times I have had a 7am-7pm delivery window.

I ordered an Optoma PK120 online. Price and online ordering process were good, and the product arrived next day, so overall very impressed.

I purchased as a gift for Christmas an Acer H5360BD 3D Projector from Projector Planet. The price I paid was the cheapest on the internet and it was delivered in just a couple of days, earlier than anticipated in its origional packaging with its factory seals intact in perfect condition. This company is a pleasure to do business with they have the cheapest prices available (over £100 more in other online shops by other companies) and their customer service is first class. The Projector has exceeded my expectaions. Very happy Customer and would recommend Projector Planet to anyone,

bought a gt750 3d projector from projector planet .ordered it on a bank holiday weekend Friday received it first thing Tuesday morning. the amazing thing is i chose the free delivery option which should have taken 5 working days .for this i am well impressed i all-so got a text to tell me they would deliver and it was delivered within the time i was given ( amazing ive never had that option from any other on-line retailer ) not to mention that they're price was the best i could find £609 including the R.F. glasses .They all so phoned me to check some security issues as i was sending this to a different address as what was on my card, which in my opinion shows that they care about their customers ... WELL DONE PROJECTOR PLANET I THINK YOUR STAFF ARE AWESOME :-)

My partner ordered the Optoma HD600X Projector / Screen & Mount Bundle we were both a bit wary of this company as we had not dealt with them before but after we ordered it we received the emails and the tracking number of the parcel.
The parcel arrived the next day with no problems at all, the packages were in good condition and when unpacked and checked there was still no faults with the items ordered.
We are very happy with the purchase and the service we have received from Projector Planet and we would recommend it to others to use.

Product arrived in the time scale advised. Outer cover of parcel was damaged but was most likely done in transit. Good price for the item.

Ordered my screen from Projector Planet due to the the price of screen that i wanted, had a text right away to say that my order was being processed, further texts to update along with emails, checked on the delivery, time given between 1325hrs to 1425hrs, DPD arrived at 1335hrs, wish all my other deliverys were like this, well done.

Order process very quick and I received several texts advising me on the progress of my order. Things started to go wrong once DPD got involved. They said I could track my order and get an idea of when it was gong to be delivered. This didnt happen it showed a delivery time of between 8am to 6pm. I ordered a projector and a screen both to be delivered to the same address. The screen arrived at 11:30 and the projector at 6:20. They made 2 deliverys to the same address one of which was late.

Ordered my projector online everything processed by Projector Planet (Faultless). However DPD (Delivery Company) failed to meet their delivery time by almost 4hours (after giving a 1 hour slot) - which caused me a fair bit of inconvenience. So Hurrah to Projector Planet -- Boo to DPD.
