Update on my 30th Jan Post

Update on my 30th Jan Post. Spoke to the insurance company and was told only the labour that Project Better Energy was covered not the parts. I was told to call Zanussi by HIES insurance company. They didn't want to know regarding the faulty inverter & gave me PBE phone number. So when they give you a quote, inferior parts can be used as an EXAMPLE. So if they fail thay are not covered. I'm not saying that happens but it's worth asking. I have receipts as proof from both company's.

Applied for a sales role with this company despite having Solar Sales experience they continue to discriminate against me because of my disability.

No doubt they will be making a very vitriolic reply.
I feel sorry for these people as they are so sad and nasty to a person who has cancer shame on you 👎😷

Project Energy were great from start to…

Project Energy were great from start to finish, they helped us from enquiry through to project completion. Like a lot of energy intensive industries we needed to lower our carbon footprint along with reducing our energy costs, we went with solar installations on 2 of our factory roofs that has definitely made a big impact on our energy costs, during the summer months our bills dropped by up to 60%
I would definitely recommend Project Energy to anyone thinking about Solar.

Both the product and the team at Project Better Energy are first class

I have always found Project Better Energy (PBE) absolutely fantastic to deal with. Their product range is excellent, and the quality thereof is 1st class. I engage with PBE quite often and I have either met or had communication with a multitude of individuals including senior management, technical support and field specialists. Everyone I have communicated with has always been so helpful and knowledgable. I couldn't ask for more.

Installation was completed quickly and on time, price was reasonable and communication quite good, however, I've tried on several occasions to get the charger on Zapmap but failed, help with this from EV has been pretty useless.
