Delivery to my parents is always difficult. They live on an island in Maine, and the closest grocery store is 20 minutes on a two-lane road. But have not failed me yet, plus my Mom’s plant from two years ago is still thriving and beautiful!

I was surprised that after I ordered the flowers for a certain time, a day later I received a message that they would not be delivered on the selected day. When they finally arrived, the quality was not very good. Calling customer service netted me a twenty percent refund. Don't think I will use them again.

I paid $95 for flowers for my friends birthday flowers and they did not deliver them to the right address, they did not respond to my email, they refused to speak to me on the phone. I still have not gotten them redelivered or refunded this is definitely very scam like, do not trust them. I wouldn’t be upset if they offered a refund, or even a redelivery but I am now because they are very rude, not helpful, and that was a waste of my money do not buy from them
