Horrible experience. I got a free eye test
When I got to buy glasses the employee added multiple options I didn't ask for and try to push me to take them. Then when I got the glasses the strength was wrong and instead of trying to fix it the woman in the shop said that I was to tired in my eyes and I should come back In Two weeks. Tried my previous glasses and they work fine. These guys are here to scam you.

This is my negative review on Profil Optik. I tried soo many times to ask help from them to get credit to buy glass for myself . Instead of to help me last time they went into a calculation of how many reviews I write to them.I can help you with this. This will be number 4.
I already explained to them I got many different kind of loans in Denmark without any problem.
For example Hours, car , personal loan, video game, Mobile phone etc.
And all are going without any problem .
On your last answer on my feedback you make wrong the Danish Law, make the Danish Law responsible by saying that's why you can not give me credit.
I have to say is just simply not true.
The reason why is not true is the fact I got so many different loans without any problem.
If the Danish Law will be the why I will not get all this.
I can show you all credit I got.
So please stop to make wrong the Danish Law.It is not wrong . Respect.
Instead of that I asked you several times to review my application or contact me and we can go over what solution we can find together.
You don't do that.
I suspect some Discrimination on my situation or you simply go against your business as I will not buy glasses from Profil Optik.
I already told you I even have enough money to buy this glass but I think about 14.000 dkk for this deal what you proposed to me in the beginning I think is too expensive.
That's why I wanted to do monthly payment of 380 dkk.
So because your attitude like that you can keep your classes, I will not buy it.
And my previous review is still valid if somebody wants to buy glass from Profil Optik you need to bring a lot of money with you and you are good.

After breaking my glasses, I came to this shop as a matter of emergency. I was welcomed by an amazing person who spent a long time with me trying to find the best solution to repair my glasses as quickly as possible. In less than 20 mn, they were good as new !
I highly recommend this place and thanks again ♥️

Came in with a pair of Oakleys I wasnt sure were “bent” or not and got a fair assessment and a personal advice. Bought glasses from them before and will definitely do again!

Don't go to Profil Optik!!!

My friend had Lifestyle package and told me to get it from Profi Optik and I thought it was a good idea but it turned into a nightmare!!

I was told I can get new frames every year and change lenses whenever needed in a 3 year period (Lifestyle package) but that is not totally true, if you change frames they will extend another 3 years subscription!!

Also they made a mistake with my payments and I had to pay 100 DK fines few times for not paying on time but it was their mistake!!

It is a nightmare dealing with them, every time I call another person answers and you need to tell them the whole story again and they promise the Store manager will call me back and I wait for days...

They made a mistake in their system and I am paying for different types of lenses and frames that I have and I didn't even know about it and I am still waiting for Store manager to sort everything out 🤷🏻‍♀️

When I was at the eye test first time I was given a prescription and was so happy to get glasses but the prescription is not fitting to my eyes and I was told that because of my age (50) they can't make me correct prescription but I am paying for Lifestyle package??? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I tried to cancel that subscription in the beginning when I received the first pair of lenses that didn't fit me and it was not possible to cancel!!

They should have told me that I can't get what I need before I signed up, not have me sign up and pay for 3 years for glasses I am not using 😡

Many times I called and complained but in vain, no one cares, they always say they are sorry and try to offer me even more expensive lenses even though they know and have told me that I can't get correct prescription for my eyes, and it is now two years I am struggling with them and have to pay for glasses that are useless 🤷🏻‍♀️😡 in total it will cost me more than 8,000 DK and lot of stress and waste of time calling them and going there many times.😡

I broke my glasses so I needed to get the glass lense fixed into another frame. I visited Profil Optik Hillerød and they got the job done free of cost. Staff is really nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this Profil optik in Hillerød.

Do NOT take the lifestyle plan. I was new in Denmark and I was made to believe it is a good deal, taken the plan on 2021. I was told the benefits are:
1. Monthly payment for 3 years - which I needed because I am a single mom
2. 3 glasses every year
3. Unlimited lenses change which is good as My son was recently this year 2022 diagnosed with autism and he had been having changed eyesight
The total is about 8000dkk which is not small amount

They had Not linked my bank to the plan after I gave all details and input all needed (NemID approvals) before leaving. I have asked them several times before leaving please make sure it is connected as I cannot understand any Danish. After 4 months when I need to get my son’s lens changed I was told I cannot do it because I didn’t pay and I have to pay the WHOLE amount. I was very surprised and I had been in contact trying to get the monthly fixed and in the end they just didn’t care and I have to pay the whole amount for the 3 year plan as my son needed the glasses with new grade. I have also the email confirmation upon paying the whole amount that all are ok and the lifestyle should run with the benefits. Come after 1 year where I need to get the new glass frames I was surprised they told me it was actually one frame and not 3 frames a year. I hate to argue so I just accepted only one frame change which is swimming googles so my son can see for his swimming therapy. That was July when I dropped by to ask for lens change. After 2 weeks I was asked to bring my son for measuring the lens. I brought him which is difficult due to his autism and I have also to bring my other 2 younger kids together and we always commute as we don’t have a car. Then they sent SMS in 10 days to say the 3 glasses are ready so again I brought my son to make sure it is ok. They only have one glass ready. Apologizing it is a mistake they said it was 3 ready. So asked us to wait again for the 2 glasses. I haven’t heard after a month and we decided to drop to the shop to check where it is. after the 2 grueling months I was told Suddenly I no longer can get the yearly glass because I didn’t pay but told them I paid already even the whole amount in advance and it was even the mistake of the shop as they didn’t link my bank. Even the bank said it’s the service provider who has to link monthly payments. I was passed to CS then in accounts and I had to explain again everytime. Then now it is Nov from July. My son cannot do his swimming therapy as he cannot see and had been missing all his classes. Just last week, my son had a mental breakdown and had to be rushed in the Emergency psychiatric hospital. And they askinme why I got upset when they had after 4 months reached. Proposals I got was for frames that I can get for exchange:
1. Pay for the googles which was for exchange
2. Pay 1/2 price
3. Pay again lifestyle plan
3. Free but NO lens change. So still forced to make extra payments. Took the plan as was told I don’t have to think about any payments for the next 3 years
I also sent messages in Facebook the shop only spoke with me after 4 months. I got called by a person from GTPR or something, made me feel really bad as a person who is new why I didn’t check, saying they had all proof they reached out. I found only one email in my personal email, no e-boks, nothing on the 3 months that I wasn’t deducted. Went on personal saying why I took my son to the mall in the 1st place if he has autism. I just got my son with diagnosis on autism and literally just new so I was upset when I have to come 4 times with him without anything done from the shop. She questions my getting upset on my 4th visit. I hope no one finds themselves in my shoes having this horrendous experience. It is like take it or leave it and I am even now don’t know if my son will want to go swimming anymore as he then didn’t express interest anymore and suffered tremendously out of this. I am not after any free but wanted my plan in place and I am literally psychology emotionally drained and paid a hefty price of trusting last year that was linked by paying the whole thing in advance then finding out now more benefits had been cut off after a year. Feeling quite attacked than helped. With all the stress I have to endure trying to get what is rightfully from what I paid for in advance. I realize being here in DK longer now that I can actually get my son’s glass cheaper in Louise Nielsen and get further discounts on children and he doesn’t need three glasses anyways. Very upset, mentally stressful experience with them. I just hope I can just forget the 8000 and just not come to their shop anymore because now I have a very bad anxiety attacks everytime I hear anything from them.

There are personnel whom was quite pleasant to have spoken with is Sarah from FB as I think she was the one who linked people. Also the field’s shop sales lady who spoken with me and also informed me about an app to see payments (was good to know but all too late)

Completely professional all the way through. From start to end. Helped me find the right glasses from me in a nice and caring selection proces. Can highly recommend

I bought two pair of sunglasses on the webshop profiloptik.DK
They sent it to/from the wrong country…Norway!!!
So now both the packs got stopped at the told control in Norway on their way to Denmark😅😅😅😅😅.
And there is no news about them….
This is so ridiculous and unprofessional.

Really quick shipping. I placed the order on a Saturday, received a confirmation with Postnord tracking number on Sunday morning, and picked the package up on Tuesday.
