Poor communication. Existing customers line is always busy.

Although it was my fault for not understanding the email sent to me as I thought it was spam.

I got a phone call from one of the staff, and I tried to sort it out, but the existing customers like were always busy.

To cut the story short, they returned the money I deposited to the pension account because they took a long time to sort it out.

I'm very unhappy with their service.

I transferred 3 pensions into one & it as grown well since I did this!. At first I use to get a phone call every year then didnt for a few years, & it seems they are there if you want to talk anything over & always ring when they say their going to but don’t automatically ring every year but it’s easy to request a call.

Unbelievably helpful polite friendly my personal only thing that got me lost is I’m not computer or even mobile phone intelligent so after thinking it would be organised easily you keep sending me stuff wanting this and that filled in which has got my wee brain fried and lost , I know I have to fill stuff in for you but I’ve no idea what or even how to do it , that is reason it’s not been done , I feel stressed and panicking in case I’ve lost any pensions I might have as small as they probably are it’s all I have , but again thank you for being so nice to me .

The pension companies seem to want so much information even when you give them everything they asked for and more even though it’s the same information.
