I had a very positive experience with Pierfrancesco Panaccione in Professionecasa

I had a very positive experience with Professionecasa Cassino Office, who managed the rental process professionally and efficiently.

My landlord, Pierfrancesco Panaccione, was very kind and understanding throughout my stay. Whenever I needed anything in the apartment, he was always helpful and supportive. If there was any issue or malfunction, it was handled immediately.

Overall, everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend both the landlord and Cassino Office to anyone looking to rent with confidence.

I went to Fiuggi to buy an apartment.In a couple of days
I realize that i would need more time to find one.
Enter Antonio from Professionecasa and in 24 hrs we found a rental that was perfect for me to leave while looking for the one to buy.
I would not have time to get a Codice Fiscale butAntonio work diligently with the owner and I could come back with a signed 12 month rental contract.
Because of Christmas Holidays we had to wait longer for the codice fiscale but Antonio took care of everything until he got the contract registered.
His been professional, he cares about his clients. He is generous with his time and knowledge.
I could trust him right the way.He got me a home in Italy.

Piedimonte San Germano - Professionecasa

A few days ago I bought an apartment in Piedimonte San Germano through the real estate agency Professionecasa located in this town and I highly recommend this agency.

I don’t live in Italy and don’t speak Italian, so buying a property was a particularly difficult process for me. From the first meeting, the team - Antonello, Laura, and Sara - was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional.

They showed me several apartments, helped me with every step of the buying process, help me prepare the offer, arranged the notary, and even assisted with transferring utilities like electricity, gas, and water.
The agency agaged person fluent in English to facilites me contact with them and the entire purshing proces. The process of buing apartment form the first my visit in the agency to signing the deed - took a bit more than one month, which is amazingly fast for Italy.
Thanks to their support, I felt safe and well guided.

If you’re looking to buy a property in the area of Cassino (e.g., in Piedimonte San Germano, Villa Santa Lucia, Aquino, etc.), I warmly recommend the agency Professionecasa for their professionalism, experience, reliability, honesty and friendly approach.
I am truly grateful for their efforts and help – THANK YOU SO MUCH!
