I was stuck on my novel for almost a year, just going in circles. Their writer helped me break through by asking all the right questions and helped me organize my ideas and turn them into chapters that actually flowed.

My manuscript was improved by a skilled ghostwriter who carefully edited it. Their pricing are straightforward and reasonable. The marketing plan that the publishing team suggested was helpful, and they were professional. I would recommend them to serious writers in need of excellent ghostwriting.

they promise things they don't deliver, they keep asking for more money after promising they wont have any more fees if you just ay for this "next needed service"
I approved a final edit for publishing 18 days ago and still not uploaded with excuses. They promise "best seller" book, they haven't even printed the books I paid for its been almost 3 weeks since approval and cannot get any answers as to when I will get best seller as promised or even get the books I paid for. they tried to charge me 2x for ISBN. the different departments are never on the same page, they even uploaded the wrong book cover to amazon kdp and then told me I approved it even though I approved a different version. they try but its not "professional" at all. STAY AWAY unless you like excuses and disappointment.

This company cheated me out of nearly 11,000 dollars. when all I asked them to do was to market my book. They said they printed 2500 books at $5 each without asking, and then sent me 50 in a box. They were such poor quality I had to trash them all. They even guaranteed to refund my money, in writing, if I wasn't happy. These people are dishonest at the core. Their address is in LosAngeles, but I don't think they are there. Their accents are East Asian. They promised a Audio book but what they sent me was useless to market because so many words were mispronounced or left out. Never give them a credit or debit card.

It's a full SCAM. same company operation IconicGhostwriters. The operate the umbrella of Professional Ghostwriter. The owner(s) and writers do not have any scrupule. They will take your money and close shop. They have a few other ghostwriting companies where they run the same scam. All Writers and owners should be sued.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! THEY HAVE NEVER FISHED THE PROJECTS, THEY ASSURE YOU THEY WILL NOT ASK FOR MORE MONEY BUT EVERY WEEK THEY ASK FOR A NEW LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING THEY NEVER DELIVER ON!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST, THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING FOR WEEKS TO MONTHS WITH NO REPLY AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO GET UPSET WHEN YOU WONT PAY FOR UNNECESSARY SERVICES.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED, ALSO EX-EMPLOYEES HAVE SOLICITED MY BUSINESS AND KNOWN WHAT I HAVE SPENT TO-DATE AND TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO WORK WITH THEM AND PAY MORE BECAUSE THEY SAY PROFESSIONAL GHOSTWRITER IS A SCAM AND THAT IS WHY THEY LEFT!!! CRIMINALS IN MY EXPERIENCE AND OPINION. DOT GET SCAMMED!!!

I hired these folks to help me with my first book, but what was to be something exciting became a nightmare! This turned into a most infuriating and intelligence insulting experience.

They go by Talented Ghostwriters, Brilliant Ghostwriters, Professional Ghostwriters and no telling what else.

I paid thousands of dollars (probably over $10k) and it's been almost 1 year and still NO published book!

These folks get a 10/10 for upselling and pressuring you to buy additional things, but a -100/10 for actual skill and professionalism.

They MUST be running a scam because they are unable to provide a professional finished transcript without errors. IN FACT, what I would give them, that was perfect (because I paid a professional editor on the side to go through each chapter) was returned to me with anywhere from 10 - 20 errors created by their editing team.

They would separate my paragraphs at odd places and run other paragraph separations together. They would change the spelling of words I had, which made my statement grammatically incorrect! (Eg. I had 'tow the line' and they changed it to 'toe the line').

They couldn't even copy a quote properly from an image into a quote box. They messed that up. I can't tell you how many times they sent a "FINAL FILE" to me for approval, but it was more than 10 I'm sure.

One "FINAL FILE" had 61 errors! The overwhelming majority were created by them.

I asked them if they had elementary kids running their editing dept, but I think I insulted elementary kids everywhere.

I think they continue to draw things out so they can keep trying to upsell you or pass a certain timeframe that the bank or credit card company will refuse to help you on a dispute for a refund.

They'll put up a couple social media accounts for you and send you some cover designs...and even build you a website, but to get them to turn it over to you...not happening! At least it hasn't for me at this point.

The odd thing is that they all have foreign accents (most likely India), but have American names like Mark Wilson, Ben Heard, Ivana Lawrence, Steve Parker, Simon Watson, Brad Miller, Zak Robinson, Irene Pearson, Simon Walker, James Marshal, Nicholas Sparkes, etc. When they call, it's obvious they are in a call center because of the background noise.

An investigation into their employees and activities is incoming.

I’ve beeb writing my book with them for over 2 years now.
In the beginning they were pretty good, as soon as I didn’t want to continue with extra package, things changed and they completely disappeared.
I finally finished the book, and I am waiting for them to send me the completed book, updated and edited.
It’s being over 2 months, they don’t even reply to my messages.
Tbh, I was already expecting something like this, as I read all these reviews before.
But I still find disappointing. I want to write a second one, however I’m looking for other companies.

I recently choose to work with the sister company Talented Ghostwriter, I know that they are affiliated because a staff member confirmed it. From beginning to end the service was appalling, they only managed to deliver 7 chapters in almost three months. Kept promising me that the deadline would be met and just four days before delivery was meant to happen. Their COO Richard Brown cancelled my project, he simply said we can't deliver this by the deadline so that's it. Then I was told because they were going to refund me it was fine. I was left scrambling to finish editing, proofreading, formatting my book with just three days to attempt to get it done. My advice to you is that you would be better off doing it alone than with this company. They promise you a whole team of experts and deliver you crap. Don't waste your time, I wish I hadn't found them. It has been some of the most stressful times I've ever experienced with a company. Trying to get things done is like banging your head against a brick wall. Every time I asked for updates or complained they just apologise and make more empty promises. I felt like I was going insane, and the staff are rude also. Don't waste your time!!!

They are unprofessional and completely dishonest. They promised a refund but never came through. They will promise the world and deliver crap. Save your money. There are many good services like this out there. These guys are the worst. I published 2 books in spite of these people after I gave up on them.

Hired them to ghostwrite a book for my health business, provided them with content for certain chapters, yet as time went on there communication was terrible. Miss meeting times etc. They obviously didn’t read anything I had wrote and sent to them. I have found a english degree proof reader, to read the work and much to my surprise she advised me today that content has just been copied and pasted into different chapters, not following any flow as originally discussed with the project manager. From this experience be very weary in contracting this firm to perform your writing. As the price to go in is very reasonable, yet once the book is ready for what they deem as publishable, it was very high pressure sales to sign up for a high priced package. From this experience alone I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I have tried to reach them for there Easy Refunds
We offer an easy refund policy to our customers, in case if we do not comply with our claims. I would love to speak to Mark Wilson, yet the phone just keeps ringing so sad that supposed businesses run this way.

After purchasing the plan and spending close to $5000 I still have problems.
Do not have the platforms I paid for nor did I get professional service. Mistakes were made and it wasn’t corrected. They won’t return calls and after leaving messages they don’t correct their mistakes. Once you’ve paid them they move on the next and disregard you.

Hired them to ghostwrite a book. Terrible communication. They didn’t read anything I had wrote and sent to them. In one month, they had accomplished nothing and contributed nothing to the project. They didn’t listen to my concerns or needs. When I asked for a refund they avoided my calls for weeks. Still waiting for my refund which they haven’t paid back. Again, they produced NOTHING contributing to my project. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

They stole thousands from me!!!! They promised the world in a contract! Money back Guarantee! They are nothing but frauds!!!! Refusing to refund my money! Over 1 year without one sale!!!! They are thieves!!!!! Just some of the thieves I felt with. Steve Parker, Chris Healy,Mark Wilson,Michael Shaw, Nicholas Sparks, Frank Martin, Irene Pearson, there all lying thieves! I will be filling a law suit against them!

They are fake. They stole my money for marketing services and didn't fulfill anything they promise. They are liers and the marketing service is fake.

These people are bullies. They sent me 1 text message every day. I politely explained them I am not interested they keep doing it for the last 2 months. I reported them 10 times to Federal Trade Comission, I talked with them many times on chat and phone. Now they say I threaten them and they will not get my phone out of their spam list because I "upset" them. Can you believe the audacity

I had a phone conversation with Angelique, she was very nice and understanding Do to my case being highly emotional and sensitive. The reason I'm only putting 3 stars,it's not for her but do to other reviews I read and the company don't have enough reviews for me to believe that they are 100 percent legit. before I use their help I will further research to be sure they are not scammers. I read one review that a potential customer , receive threatening messages from one of the writers because he changed his mind about using the service do to high prices and the writer text him wishing bad things on him.

I had an amazing experience working with these guys, At the start, I had some trust issues before starting my project, but after becoming their customer I got truly amazing services, they have a very professional team who made my book as NYT bestseller, Now I have 3 more projects with them and smoothly going on.

The writing of my book has been on "TO DO LIST" for over a decade until I finally got Mike from Professional Ghost Writer to help me pick the best Package at the best cost. Not only cost was perfect but the writer given to me for my book did a tremendous job for me.
