Botched repair?
Sent a camera in for three repairs. One appeared to have been completed properly. One appeared not to have been completed at all. The final problem that they claimed to have "fixed" resurfaced after only three using the camera. Unfortunately because those few days of use fell outside of the warranty period for their repairs - which is just 90 days - the company refused to do anything to make amends.
I strongly recommend that you do NOT use Professional Electronics. Note that they are the authorised repair centre for Panasonic in Canada. Panasonic has been informed of this issue and did not offer to do anything.
